I bought this for my wife as a gift and she enjoyed every moment constructing it - in fact it is still standing in its finished form two weeks later. Normally she will dismantle it immediately. It really is impressive and an absolute must for the modular collection. I don't recall she encountered any problematic parts and she worked on it over the course of three days. I believe she rates this second to market square in her collection - that of course is a personal opinion.

I bought this for my lego obsessed 7 year old for Christmas. I thought she might need help as the box says 14+ and she had previously only built the lego friends range which is much easier but she built the whole thing by herself over a weekend. I'm buying the pet shop for her birthday!

This piece completes my 1940's street... It all looks fantastic together. Love the detail as always with Lego. Need to move to a bigger house to give me more space to appreciate it. Makes me smile everyday :-)

As described, arrived on time and as it was a gift, the recipient was thoroughly excited when she received it. Great addition to her Lego city buildings.
