This is the second Lego Star Wars battle pack I have bought for my 6yr old son this year. Although I bought it back in March, he has only just received it as an Easter present. He is well into Lego Star Wars and wasn’t disappointed in this set, having wanted it for some time. The four Mandolorian minifigs in this pack are excellent, all are nicely coloured and well detailed. I was slightly disappointed that the heads of the figures were plain black, as opposed to the usual printed faces, but this did not bother me much and does not really matter due to the full face helmets. The figures are subtlety different with details such as armour scuffs and other decals. Cloaks in three different colours are included, along with optional range finders. My son was particularly pleased that the set also included four visor pieces (not shown on the pictures of the minifigs). He has been after some of these small bits to add to his clone minifigs, but has so far not encountered any in the various sets he has got. The figures are accompanied by a small brick built speeder which appears consistent with Mandolorian design (and the earlier blue Mandolorian battle pack, released some years ago). There is also a small secondary build of a ‘fort’ type structure where a stud shooter can be placed, but this is a bit pointless if you ask me and highly likely to be absorbed into my son’s mixed Lego stash.Overall, there are no real negatives to this pack, which is worth the outlay for the outstanding minifigs and their accessories alone. The continued inclusion of handheld stud shooters over regular Lego weapons still irks me, but this is the case for all battle packs, so I no longer view this as a negative. In summary, if you like Lego Star Wars buy this pack, you won’t regret it!

I’ll be honest this set is the best battle pack we’ve gotten in a looooong time (if only they would’ve included 4 clones in the last clone battle pack instead of 2 Jedi!) but there’s just a couple things I really don’t like about this set.-One, is are the stud shooters. I get the whole “playability” thing but for people trying to build armies, the VAST MAJORITY would much prefer the blasters. I don’t know why they don’t just throw in 3 blasters and a long blaster rifle along with the stud shooters if they aren’t going to get rid of the stud shooters in battle packs. Most kids I’ve seen with the newer battle packs don’t like the stud shooters either. -Two, which has been stated before in another review which was countered by Lego.Faces. Plain black heads. I understand that in the show Mandolorians can’t show their faces to living beings (except during the Clone Wars I guess? Cause they took their helmets off pretty frequently) but I would like to argue that the Mandolorians are still human, and Lego really missed out on putting some unique face prints here, even though they’re just toys and kids really don’t care about the creed because it’s just Lego, nothing serious. I understand the decision, it just feels like a cop-out in my opinion. You never see Boba Fett’s face and yet he has a printed face under his helmet.

This battlepack is another great one. Four minfigures that are pretty generic for army building and at the same time very unique. The speeder build is modest, but looks good and creates something consistent with in-universe vehicles. The amount of accessories for the figures is also a plus. Over-all a solid set.Now my thoughts irrelevant to the actual value of the set. Stud-shooters are a necessary evil. I wish they’d go away, but I also get that they add a level of playability that I would have appreciated back when I was in the target age range for these sets. The blank heads is a downer, but of course there is no context or clue for what LEGO should have done for them, seeing as mandolorians never take if there helmets, well at least the ones in “The Mandolorian”, which is the inspiration for this set.I also would have preferred jet packs instead of capes, but once again the TV show character sports a cape for the majority of the season, and they want to emulate that. It was nice to get the new versions of the cape in several different colors here, however. My last issue is with battle packs in general, and that is their steadily rising price. It’s getting too high! That’s my rant. I apologize for the length.

So this is pretty cool isn't it? Four flavours of Boba Fett with a couple of nice builds - a sort of speeder bike type effort and a bit of terrain to pose a figure or two in (if you juggle the bricks about). I think Chocolate Orange Boba Fett is my favourite - I like his orange hat and grey/ brown colours. As you can tell, I'm a massive Star Wars fan so know the proper names and everything. I've given him one of the visor pieces the set curiously comes with. Probably not proper or 'canon' or whatever, but it's Lego you know - do what you want. I do. The bike is nice and beefy and reminds of that thing Death's Head used to ride around on in some unrelated comics I like, so yeah, this is a fun little set of badass looking fellas. The stud shooters wouldn't have been my choice (I really miss the blasters and whatnot these sorts of things used to have) for this particular set but I get it adds play value pinging little plastic bricks at your enemies, so I don't mind (and - whisper it- they are good fun, especially the gattling type ones Lego do).

Do you like Mandalorians? If so, you will need this set. 4 unique and different Mandos and a cool, simple speeder bike. The little landscape set will come in handy somewhere in one's collection eventually. The only thing I don't like is the little stud shooters it comes with; I'd prefer regular blasters because these don't resemble anything besides a stadium T-Shirt launcher. But Lego does that with a lot of Battle Packs for some reason and anyone who isn't crazy about that philosophy probably already has a lot of spare blasters laying around anyway so the issue resolves itselt I guess. As others have mentioned, all the Mandos come with blank solid black head pieces.I really liked that because it allowed me to swap out all my Tie Fighter Pilots' heads with these. The Tie Figher Pilots usually come with regular clone heads which is fine, but their Tie Pilot helmets are WAY too high in the back and expose a lot of bare skin which makes no sense and is very distracting. These heads make the perfect swap out win-win scenario.

I love BattlePacks, they are a cheap and cheerful way of getting some pieces and best of all unique MiniFigures. This set is fantastic. Four highly detailed Mandalorians that are either a) from the Disney + TV series, or b) have migrated from Star Wars Rebels TV series. Either way, they look great. Each one has small unique details, either in the utility belt print, battle damage, helmet colours or leg armour/apulet details. You can mix and match and make them even more distinct. I want to use the cloaks as templates to make my own in different colours using other materials like felt or velvet. The speeder is pretty cool, and as it is fairly simple to build, you can make your own versions so each Mandalorian has his own speeder.Only downsides are a) overly large blasters b) no head prints, they are just plain black, but you could add your own. Great fun, recommended.

I was really excited about this set based on the Mandalorian TV show. I bought it for my son but would like one for myself as well. The individual armor looks great and we stole one of the helmets to give to Sabine. My only issue is none of the figures have faces! They only have black cylinders under their helmets. This was very disappointing. I would prefer each figure had a unique face. Lego has a real shortage of black (as in of African origin) faces, so we were hoping for a couple of those. But instead, there are no faces at all, which is a real disappointment. Otherwise, it's a nice change to have a set that has more figures, rather than one medium or large vehicle and a couple of figures.I would really prefer an update to this set with faces on the figures, though.

The LEGO Star Wars Mandolorian Battle Pack is one of the best in recent years. As someone who has been purchasing battle packs since the days of the first releases of them I will gladly say this is one of the best for any LEGO/Star Wars fan. The Minifigures are the stars of the show here, with each having there own unique printing and uniquely colored molds giving them there own personality. the two small builds this comes with are pretty decent. the speeder is probably my favorite out of the two, with it's tight and sturdy build and with features of horizontal building it is able to spark the creativity of the builders own ideas. All in all the set is quite a good value especially for the exclusive minifigures.

For years I’ve been waiting for a battle pack that’s not a waste of money and parts. After the success of the first Mando battle pack, I’m not sure why it took LEGO this long to make a new and better one. This one is by far superior and probably the best battle pack to date. Some people, including myself argue that this is the best set from the entire wave of early 2019 sets. Very satisfied with this set (mainly for the minifigures) and the scenery and speeder is not bad either, but we really are all here to customize our own awesome Mandalorians. I rate this a 9.5/10, becuase maybe the scenery either needed or be better, or not included at all to keep the price down just a bit. Either way,the set is amazing!

The speeder and rock formation are good builds in their own rights and are fun to play with- but I bought this set for the minifigures. And, most likely, that's why you're considering buying it.These four Mandalorians, despite not being actual characters as far as I'm aware, are absolutely gorgeous in their printing and colors. Lego could've just given us four silver Mandos like we've seen in the Disney+ series, but instead they went above and beyond. These are some of my favorite minifigures I own.One complaint I've heard is that since each minifigure is unique they have no potential for army building. I can see how people get that idea, but personally I think it could work with a little imagination.

this set is great! I was finally able to get my hands on one because my local stores have been sold out since the set was released. PROS4 very detailed, nicly done minifgures. The color pallets are a little strange but the detail is there!CONSStud shooters. I really don't like stud shooters, and I saw a review that said it would be nice to include regular blasters along side the stud shooters and I'm going to agree with that. I also don't like that there are plain black heads, which upon reading the other reviews I understand why they are there, but nonetheless faces would've been the way.Loving this set! Hope to see some epic Clone Wars battle packs soon!

Our children love the battle pack sets, mainly because of the number of minifigures that you get; this one is perfect if you want to add some extra Mandalorians to your games after watching the series. It is also a really cost effective way of getting some of them as the genuine Mandalorian is only available with the AT-ST walker and the Razor Crest which are obviously a lot more expensive. The speederbike is a really nice little build to add to role play games and we found it really hand that all of the Mandalorians came with a spare antenna as they are really small! The detailed print on the minifigures is great and our children definitely gave this set a big thumbs up!

The Mandalorian battle pack is based off of the Disney plus TV series "The Mandalorian" and is definitely my favorite battle pack LEGO has ever made. The only complaint that a lot of people have (including me) is that all of the characters have just a plain black face. I think LEGO did that so you can't see a tan head underneath the helmet, but i thought it would have been cool if they used the head design of the stormtroopers in the Ewok Village set. Besides that one thing it is totally awesome! The helmet, torso, and leg design is impeccable and each character is very unique. I would recommend this set to any fan of Star Wars!

This set is amazing, it comes with a speeder bike and a little bit of rocky ground from that shootout on Nbaru in the Mandolorian. My favourite figure personally is the one with the cat's eyes - same as Captain Rex. I think that the inclusion of all the antenna and visors - enough for each Mandolorian - was a smart plan. I just wish that all LEGO battle packs came with actual blasters. There is a meme:When stud shooters first appeared:Everyone: This thing is cool, it can shoot a studNow:Everyone: LEGO stop I have 500

4.2.2021

As the title says, i found this set to be good for the value however the little things, like the everyone having stud shooters instead of guns, the one mando not having leg printing, the handlebar that comes off the speeder everytime you take a minifig off, just brings the overall quality of it down a bit. That being said, i do really like this set and people complaining about the heads being blank clearly dont know the history behind the mandolorians and if you really wanted you could simply replace the head with your own.
