I was really excited when I saw Lego had released a special set of GB figures for the 2012 Olympics. The first one I purchased was the gymnast based on all the pictures I saw of it balancing upside down on the beam. Now the figure itself is great and I love the little gold medal you get to add on and the fact the base plate has the information on it to commemorate the event. What disappoints me is that there is no way to get it to pose like the picture. The hand does not fit around the nobble on the beam. Its simply too small. Apart from that, a great figure. The picture on advertising is just misleading.

Lego never never lets you down, these figures were brought out during the Olympics. We have a collection they were very sought after. Colourful bright & a bit of fun.

After watching the Olympics I was so impressed that you could buy figures from the games. You can never go wrong with Lego.

I bought this as a collectors products and I am pleased, worth the money and hopefully will be worth something someday.
