Absolutely amazing LEGO from Disney didn’t expect less , the story of Ariel the mermaid is very well made and designed, fine level of details and so colorful. The LEGO come in a pretty cardboard box with the picture of the theme on it, inside the box I found 2 clear plastic bags with all the pieces inside and the instructions step by step easy to follow , also some stickers to complete the story ,my daughters is not 5 yet so obviously needed an adult help but she was happy to find the pieces and help me to put them together, she was so excited at the end when we managed to finish the LEGO , all the pieces can be kept in a pretty small box that close and open so everything is safe inside .

This is my favourite out of the new storybooks, though I think they’re all pretty good. :P I think this one feels the most complete and makes the most use of it’s parts budget. You have Triton’s throne, a performance section and a statue of Eric to represent Ariel’s grotto. I think the colour coral, trans opal slide, seaweed and sea shells successfully gives this an underwater feeling and makes it the most visually distinctive out of all of the books. The small beach section and boat also add a lot for play and it feels like a truly separate area unlike the other sets’ printed covers. You also have the two animal sidekicks you’d want most, Eric and both versions of Ariel.

My daughter was over the moon with this. She was especially pleased with the little tiny Lego figures. They are full size Lego but sort of like baby versions of the adult friends lego characters meaning that they have a really short little legs and just look overall adorable. See the picture for more.The idea is that you build a little scene in a book that opens and closes like a real book. It’s really cute and a lovely idea.I think this might be one of our favourite Lego pieces and I’m definitely off to buy some more of these. They do 4 different styles so the next one I will have to buy is Belle.My daughter actually already has a book (that was way more expensive)

Absolutely gorgeous set that my 6 year old niece adored. This is one of the first sets she more or less did on her own and I would say it was a challenging enough level for her. She still needed a little help. The stickers don’t necessarily go in a specific place so this added fun by being able to do a bit of independent “interior design”. What I liked most is that once you have built the 3 main pieces they attach to the “bookcase” and actually fold down in their entirety. Some of these sets can be a bit mean on the figures but this one has two different Ariels, an Eric, a Flounder, a Sebastian and even a statue of Eric like in the movie. She played with it all afternoon and into evening recreating scenes from the movie.

My daughter (15 yrs) and I spent the afternoon building 3 of the 4 Disney storybooks. Oh my! They are just the cutest! Like Disney Pollypockets! We really enjoyed the detail on it. From the stickers to put on to the size and shape of the characters. Ariel is so cute with her tail and the flower in her hair!

My little girl loved playing with Ariel and friends, this kept her entertained great on a wet windy day. Flounder, Sebastian,Eric and Arial what's not too love. I would say ideal for children 5 and up and they come in handy little on the go boxes. Great for holidays or long car journeys.

After a full week sleeping in her own bed on the promise of the Lego Princess Ariel. Her parent thought it was worth every penny, especially as Granny bought it?. It has certainly been a great success with hours of fun. The carrying case is great for holidays too

Bought for my daughter and it is very cute. Easy to put together and love how it folds into a book so you can transport it around or take away with you etc. Lego is always pricey for what you get but do love how this is a nice play set for a little one.

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 2 and a half years old (it says for 5 year olds) which I think would be fine but the prices are very small for a two year old my mistake I should have read the package - its a lovely set though

My daughter has loved this with endless possibilities of story telling and adapting other lego items she owns into it. Was very easy to build for her and she has enjoyed playing with it. Cant wait to add the collection.

A hit with the 3 and 5 year olds! Pieces are small but they love role playing and I like being able to pop everything away inside the storybook and closing it shut end of the day to avoid missing pieces.

I don't know what I expected with this but I expected more than a bit of paper for instructions so I guess I expected more than what I got and for it to be bigger?

Bought as a gift so as yet unopened so can’t comment on much.but it looks good in its box and I’m sure it will be well received. Can’t usually go wrong with Lego.

My granddaughter loves this series and wanted this one to add to her collection. She was delighted with it and spends a lot of time playing with it .

Nice small item for a child to play with. Its very light and not much larger than your hand but its a nice add-on gift for christmas or a birthday.
