I'm confused by the "it's fake" reviews: the seller is the Lavazza Store. I've now had two of the 1kg bags, and have found nothing to suggest it is counterfeit.That aside, grinding with my Eureka Mignon Specialita and brewing with a La Pavoni Casabra, I've found it to make a consistently nice espresso. The beans seem fresh and produce a good, thick crema. Flavour is nothing earth-shattering, but properly prepared is significantly better than what some supposedly serious London coffee shops serve.I'm sure many of the bad reviews are from people failing to properly dial-in their grind. I'd initially bought a 250g bag of this from a supermarket, and had my grinder dialled-in perfectly. For some reason,

Well packed as usual but the beans were not as strong as I expected. My views have not changed over time. I still rate it a good product. The water makes all the difference and I live in a hard water area....but this time the package arrived earlier than expected.

Our favourite of all Lavazza coffees. I have tried them all and always go back to purchasing Qualita Oro coffee it far the more superior of the Lavazza range. It is a medium bodied coffee with a smooth palate and perfect for all occasions.

Excellent coffee on all accounts. Want to keep this a secret!I used to get jittery with caffeine for some reason I don't with this and cannot get enough of it. These are fantastic coffee beans making quality coffee.

We have a good bean coffee machine and try different beans. These have proven to be very nice. Good flavour and not bitter. We drink our coffee black and want a smooth, non oily taste. This nicely ticks the boxes

My favourite bean at the moment. Ive tried a few and these just do it for me. Nice medium strength flavor. This is the best of the lavazza range and even beats couple of the fresh roasts Ive tried.

This is now my go to coffee. It beats all the other lavazza coffee, and illy hands down. Prefer it to most locally roasted stuff too. As always, great price and super quick delivery on Prime.

Got this whilst it was on offer read reviews saying it was a smooth coffee bean. Personally I found it was on the stronger side. The regular lavazza is better but couldn’t moan for the price

Best allrounder for everyday use. You can't find complex notes there so for a treat yoy might try smaller batches if independent roasteries but for weekdays very decent, satisfying arabica.

Lovely smooth coffee. More mellow and balanced than Creme E Aroma. My new favourite.2 Bags Later: Still my favourite go-to coffee when all else fails to please.

I was very pleasantly surprised this coffee could be bought in 1kg and also in bean form. Very happy with this purchase and excellent coffee.

I have no problem with this bean, filtered, its strong and nutty has a good nose and hardly any bitterness in my experience using them.

Great smooth flavour with a pleasant aroma. Well worth it but I will keep an eye on any future sale as this one will finish soon :).

Super flavour - roasted exactly right for home grinding. Excellent for use in cafetiere or (my preference) with paper filter.
