These wireless earbuds are pretty amazing… but there are a couple of things that I wish were different.First, the great: I have small ears, so I have a hard time finding earbuds that stay in, especially when running. Up until now, the only earbuds that have worked for me are Yurbuds (also made by JBL), but only with the older style of replacement covers. This is the first time that I have found a set of earbuds that fit well, stay in through anything, and are an astoundingly soft, comfortable silicone that I could probably wear all day without any problems. Second, these block other sounds, even though they’re not intended as noise-cancelling earbuds. Unlike Yurbuds, which are intended to allow you to hear ambient noise, the JBL Reflect Mini2 forms a tight seal in your ear, which means that they do an excellent job of blocking other sounds around you. Even if my husband is standing right in front of me talking (and he has a powerful radio voice that’s hard to miss), I can’t hear him at all when these are in my ears, and this is even if I don’t have music or anything else playing at the moment. I can barely hear my dog barking if he’s nearby, but that’s a loud German Shepherd mix type of bark that I wouldn’t expect to be cancelled by anything. If you’re looking for a set of earbuds that will block other noise around you—whether in an office, at the gym, or on a construction site—these are an excellent choice if you won’t want to go with something with true noise cancelling technology.Third, the sounds quality seems to be outstanding once you put the correct size of tips on the headset to form a comfortable, tight seal in your ears. If you have the wrong size tips, though, you’re not going to hear as much. I’m not an audiophile who hears as much detail as some with a trained ear, but I was a musician at one time, so take this for what it’s worth. I hear a lot more detail with these earbuds that I do with any other set that I have tried, and they seem to have outstanding range. Try listening to a classical concerto or some of the jazz greats, and I think you’ll be blown away too.Fourth, the sound quality while taking phone calls is excellent—about the same as talking on your phone without a headset or using a good quality wired headset. Most wireless Bluetooth headsets that are intended for working out are worthless for taking phone calls, especially when moving around, and that’s not at all true for this headset. Finally, these earbuds are lightweight and easy to adjust. Even though the tips look a little large in photos and in the box, they are made from such lightweight materials that they feel like they are a fraction of their size. There’s no heavy battery on the wire to flop around when you’re moving, so there’s no need to clip the earbuds to your shirt, as has been the case with other similar wireless earbuds that I have tried. There is a teeny tiny clip on the wire that allows you to clip the wire together to get a tighter fit around the back of your head, which is helpful for reducing movement and bounce, which helps make the earbuds more comfortable and a little less noisy during movement. That leads me to the two things that I wish were different. The first is that I can hear every step, every bounce of the wire, and every time my hair brushes against the wire. This is true for any set of earbuds that forms a tight seal and has a connecting wire, so if you’re comparing these to any similar set of earbuds, you’re going to have this issue regardless. I don’t love hearing a thump with every step that I take, so these probably won’t be my default running earbuds, but a lot of people won’t notice or care about that. However, I don’t notice the noise as much when I’m on a bike, cooking, running errands, or even walking our dog (he’s pretty slow, so more gentle steps), and these will easily be my default when doing those types of activities. The second thing I wish I could change is that these earbuds can only be connected to one device at a time. If I have them connected to my phone and want to connect to my ipad, I have to disconnect the earbuds and then tell my phone to forget them, and turn the earbuds off and then back on, before I can connect to my ipad. Without going through these steps, my ipad won’t even see the earbuds. I then have to go through the same process again to switch back to my phone. I realize this might not seem like a big deal to most… but after using another set that could be simultaneously connected to two devices at once that were made by the same company, I’ve been a little spoiled and was expected the same from these. This is my first wireless headphones. It is so freeing to be able to move around without holding onto your phone, especially while doing housework or working out. I like that it talks to me like "Power on" and "battery good" and "connected". The sound quality is excellent too! At first I was bummed it didn't have an app like my wired Reflect Aware but it's so super without that it wasn't a big deal.It holds the battery charge really nicely, I'm able to use it all day without worry! I haven't drained the battery all the way yet but it seems to be robust! My iPhone 7+ also is not losing any more power using Bluetooth than hooking up so that is also a relief. Hooking up was super easy,I turned the headphones on and my Bluetooth and then connected. The only thing about these headphones that was hard to get used to was the placement in the ear. Like the wired full size Reflect Aware, I had to wear them a few times and fiddle with it until I got comfortable. The sound quality is effected by placement in the ear. If I wear them fully in and snug its muffled and horrid but after a few days I found my sweet spot for comfort and sound, if you experience that, just keep messing with placement and change the sizes of the buds and you'll find it!I also can block out a whole lot of noise my loud coworkers produce with these headphones, so no need for noise canceling! I think the perfect fit in my ear with the high quality product and superb sound make this all possible. I do have to turn the sound up higher than the noise canceling Reflect Aware to have a similar effect but it's still awesome. I have not taken a call on this but I have a feeling it will be like the noise canceling ones that I am hearing myself talk through my head echo (not sure if that makes sense, but that way you sound with plugged ears) and I have to take them out to hear myself talk properly. But what a small inconvenience to pay for this incredible product, which is why it won't effect my star rating. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I am overall very pleased with my Reflect Mini 2 wireless headphone earbuds. They are very similar in design to other bluetooth headsets, but really hit the sweet spot of quality and value. Whereas I found similar headphones in quality at much higher prices. These headphones come with 3 different sized earbud attachments to accommodate most ear sizes. They stay VERY secured in the ear with a just slight twist. I had no issues with them coming loose after several workouts, even with lots of sweating, running, and jumping. They are actually are so sung in your ear that I did experience a bit of discomfort if I wore them for several hours. For use 1-2 hours at a time they were comfortable and I had no issues. One thing to note is that because they plug into your ears so snugly, ambient sound is nearly completely eliminated. This is great for escaping and blocking out noise, but at the same time could be hazardous in the wrong settings. Battery life was never an issue for me. They recharge quickly and lasted for several days without charging, much longer than I would ever use them in one setting. As far as sound goes, they maintain the same quality standard of sound found in other JBL products. I listened to several lossless audio tracks for true sound quality analysis and they sounded great, especially for small bluetooth earbuds. VERY crisp, clean sound. Outstanding treble, and admirable bass considering the driver size. In short, these are great sounding wireless headphones that can deal with the most aggressive workouts and activities while not breaking the bank. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

As soon as you link these to your phone and turn them on, you’ll be happy with your purchase. The sound and clarity are great and the fit is very comfortable. They are light weight and easy on your ears for extended use! I use them for a variety of tasks including office work, yard work and working out and they have stayed comfortably in place no matter what I’m doing while delivering excellent sound for a variety of music and podcasts. While I am happy with the overall sound/performance of these, I do feel that they are lacking in bass. The battery life has been excellent and has allowed me to listen longer between charges than other wireless earbuds I’ve used.I do like the audible battery level while powering the headphones on.For comparison, I also own the JBL Everest 100 earbuds and the JBL Under Armour Sport Wireless headphones. The style of earbud on the Reflect Mini 2 makes them more comfortable and stay in place better than the Under Armour Sport headphones, which I frequently find that I am adjusting to keep in my ear. Despite the UA Sport having better bass for a richer sound experience, I do find myself frequently grabbing the Reflect Mini 2 because I prefer the fit. The Reflect Mini 2 have the same bud style as the Everest 100, so comfort is very comparable, although the Everest are slightly heavier and provide better bass, but seem to sacrifice overall clarity to achieve the bass. The Reflect Mini 2 beats them both for battery life and is overall the favorite of the bunch. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

As I've come to expect with JBL everything about these earbuds are quality even the packaging is very nice. First of all after opening the package and holding them in my hand I in love with the metal construction they look and feel amazing. Another important part of the earbuds the cable feels very durable and has a nice reflective streak. When it comes to the battery and charging they seem to charge fairly quickly and battery life has held up very well over a few hours of listening. When I comes to sound quality they sound great with a very balanced sound and decent bass response. Also a nice addition to them was the different size ear tips included to help the user get the perfect fit.All in all these are definitely the best Bluetooth earbuds I have used so far, my only reason for giving them a 4/5 rating is because I wish they were just a bit louder and also the metal design is a little heavy, but overall I'm very happy with them and I definitely recommend them. I like to work-out and always listen to music when I do. These earbuds are comfortable and last more than long enough for multiple sessions. I like their look and am very impressed with their aluminum build. They sound good but not great. They’re comparable to other wireless earbuds in the category, but don’t expect the crystal clear highs or reverberating lows that you’d get with over-ear headphones. What sets the Reflect Mini2 earbuds apart is their fit. These headphones have stayed in my ear better than any other in-ear pair I’ve tried. Those who say otherwise just haven’t found the right combination of ear tips yet. So far, I’ve taken them biking, running and to the gym.No amount of shaking has made them come lose.Pictured below is what’s included in the box. If you look closely, you’ll see that the USB cable is reversible. Only JBL cables seem to have this this. It’s a cool bonus. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This is very important with these headphones you must make sure the fit is right and you must have them all the way in your ear, because if not u will not get the full effect of how they sound .When I first tried them on I was disappointed I could not believe JBL would put headphones that sounded that bad .But after adjusting them and trying on the different ear pieces ,I found the right one for me .Let me tell you that they sound really good .They have good noice isolation ,they block out the outside noise and u can really enjoy the music .the only thing I don’t like about that is walking in the New York City and not be able to hear your surroundings.I used them in the gym they are great andI kept them on for most of the day to test battery life the battery lasted over 8 hours and still have juice left .People say they can hear me good on phone calls .JBL done it again [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great sound Quality!!! These headphones come nicely packaged, and were easy to set up. They paired easily with my Android, as well as with my wife's I-Phone. It took me about 5 minutes to find the fit that was right for me. They come with small, medium, and large silicone earpieces & buds, so it was easy to cutomize the perfect filt for my ears. Wife wanted to try them and it literally took 30 seconds to swap out the earpieces to small so she could experience the incredible sound these little guys put out. Hard to believe the charge lasts up to 10 hours, and still be so small and lightweight. Put the cable behind your head and your basically untethered. Also Came with a charging cable and a super lightweight little case that everything fits neatly into for storage, and portability. In the end it's all about the sound, and the Reflect Mini 2 did their job! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I got the first model of these for Christmas last year and they have held up well. I tried all kinds of sport headphones but by far this Reflect Mini model was the lightest. Only small and medium ear sizes come with this so it's uncomfortable and not set for people with large ear sizes. High and medium-end is great, bass not too powerful considering the weight-to-bass tradeoff. Water resistant for sure, went running in the rain numerous times and didn't pose any functional problem. After substantial use, the reflective "tape" on the cord may peel off slightly. The only problem I have is the one bluetooth reciever on the control buttons may easily get covered up by clothing, and in turn cause the connection to be choppy. Overall great and would reccomend, especially if the newer version here comes in a more durable metal shell as opposed to the previous plastic covering for the drivers.

These are my favorite ear buds by far. Awesome sound, fair price, function great. The rubber ear pieces are the only ones that fit in my ears, and the 2-piece customization makes them fit even better. I had the original Reflect Mini and used them for about 2 years without any problems. I beat them up until the right earbud finally started giving out. I am satisfied with the 2's now, nice updates while keeping all the features that were good about the originals. My only complaint is that the plastic on the remote feels low quality. Last edition had a nice rubber case and felt sturdy. This one feels and looks incredibly cheap and thin. Not major, just disappointing to see that quality go down.Overall, still highly recommend them!

I was worried that the small nature of the product (essentially some cable with earbuds and a tiny control pod) would leave me unimpressed with sound quality - but I was wrong! Fantastic sound and life despite the simplicity of the headphones. Ear piece locks into your ear due to the design of the ear bud.Really nothing to complain about and at the price it is sold at, I feel it is worth it and a bit of a steal. I had been using bulkier headphones and would get fatigued after having them on for a while - these I forget they are in and they do not get in the way while running, lifting weights, etc.Not a single thing to complain about! Great sound! Great for gym and even dancing, they do not fall out! I noticed, sometimes it happens to glitch, acting as it is Off but showing it is On. Basically you can't make them On or Off, but battery is full. I think it is a glitch that has to be solved by maker. I deal with that by just plugging into a charger for 15 minutes or an hours. and then it is back to work! Also I would suggest to have two connectors, to use one in the back of the head as is now, and one in the front as a necklace, so just not to lose it when using only one hear. Some people say they don't hear me well on the mic.

Battery life is superb. The variety of sizes for the in ear piece provided me with a nice snug fit. As a matter of fact they so well that they are pretty much noise cancelling in ear headphones. The sound quality for both music and phone calls is excellent. The little case that is provided is great for throwing the headphone in your gym bag and not damaging them. I have used them running, on an elliptical, and doing intense workouts at the gym and they remain where they belong and are super light. JBL has once again designed a great product! i got these for using working out and also to use in the dry sauna(i stay in 30min per session), the aluminum gets hot to touch and would hurt my inside of the ear, so i put heat shrink to keep it from hitting my ear, after that, they work great....time will tell if the heat kills em, but so far no issues, i do not charge them until they are fully cooled down and rinse them off after each session...only change i would love to see, change the volume to work on secondary(by holding down to use) and next track on the default quick press
