Not at all disappointing. They also get the highs. So a good all round sound.They sound clear and warm.COLOURS=======They come in various colours. I've the pink ones which is quite distinctive. I bought these for my five year old daughter to use with the in-car DVD player whilst driving on our holidays. Over the two weeks holiday these headphones have been well used. They have also been dropped and trodden on and thankfully have lived to play another day with no evidence of their misfortune.Despite the relatively rough handling that these earphones have had to endure they have faired exceptionally well. They still look good and the sound quality is as good as it was when they were fresh out of the box.My daughter tells me that they are comfortable and they fit her well. She loved the colour too. The headphones are fully adjustable and can be extended to fit an adult.

My grand kids just love there I Pads and playing various games all of which come with sounds and background music that drives me barmy. Three or four I pads all giving out different noises! I get them to turn it down but the volume creeps steadily up again. The solution, headphones. "Can I play on the I Pad Granddad? "Of course dear, but wear your earphones!" Yes! Peace descends. These have a decibel limiter set to safe child hearing limits so they cant blow their eardrums and should still be able to hear when they are teenagers. The sound level is adequate even for an old guys like me, and.....the sound quality isn't bad. I use earphones to listen to my music and books and the quality of these is OK.

Bought this for my 6 year old daughter. I hope she doesn't mind me saying that she has a large head for her age (hat size for 11 year olds). The adjustable nature of the headphones would account for a variety of head heights and it would fit a narrower head, but the width fitting is less adjustable and wouldn't stretch to a full adult size. I'd say it should suit most heads from 3-13 though.The headphones fit my daughter nicely. The ear cushioning seems comfortable. Noise leakage is negligable. From what I can make out the sound quality is good (I didn't wear them "properley" myself in case I stretched them beyond breaking point). My daughter enjoys wearing the headphones,

I think this product is great it's durable the quality of the music in these headphones are quite satisfying , if you are purchasing this product for a child you must be mindful of the white on the headphones, as I found that they stain easily and can look quite dirty after a while and it is not very appealing to the eye ; the cleaning can be quite difficult as you may damage the headphones. But all in all i enjoy using these headphones and they don't look as childish as I thought they would when I purchased them . I'm a happy bunny xover a year lateri've used them for over a year and just now they've broken which is imppressive as i thought \they would not last as long but i'm upset about it

I have to say I am delighted with these headphones, albeit I have only had them one day. My daughter who is nearly 3 wanted some for her iPod. I have to say the fit is perfect, and hopefully, they will last her years to come. Having tried them on myself, I can say that they are comfortable.My initial thoughts when I opened the package is that the product is well made, sturdy, but incredibly light. For the actual cost, I was pleasantly surprised. I was struggling to find a similar product for a similar price anywhere else, both online and in the shops. There is no volume control, they are pretty much plug in and away you go. They can be adjusted, but as I have said, for my daughters head size,

I bought two pairs of these for my kids - one blue, one pink - which it made it easy for son and daughter to see which is his/hers. The comfy big padded earpieces are great, even my 4 year old can manage to put on the headphone easily. So they both use the phones for the car dvd player and also for their little portable CD player that they have. These phones are so much better than the little headphones that came with the dvd player, which would never stay in their ears and which they couldn't put in by themselves. These are great, easy to use, and if you are worried about volume levels, we just test the level by listening ourselves, before they put them on - or if we can hear the music outside the headphone we ask the kids to turn the volume down.

I followed other reviewer recommendations when purchasing the blue (and the pink) version of these headphones. And they have been great. They fit really snugly to head and ears, and neither of my kids have complained once about discomfort in the past year of use. Their main use has been with portable car DVDs, but they have also been used for playing on their Nintendo DS's. The only very slight weakness is that the wire from headphone to headphone jack is thin and the most likely part of these headphones to suffer from wear and tear. Case in point - my son's headphone wire eventually snapped, after being tugged and bent numerous times, rendering the headphones non-functional.

UPDATE: 5 years of almost daily use and our earphones have just given up. Survived multiple holidays and road trips. My daughter is now 6 and has just chosen a new pair.Bought these for my One Year Old as were are flying to Canada in a few weeks. Was worried they wouldnt fit, but they are perfect (she is a very average size for her age...thought these would be more suited for 3+ but they are perfect)have done some practice runs with them because some people said their children just took them off when they went on holiday. She loves them... i plug them into my phone/ipod, i check the volume (i think there is a cut off volume, but sometimes it still feels a bit loud)

My 3 year old loves these! Bought it for a long haul flight and it was a life saver.I read quite a few reviews and a lot of people recommended not to buy the one with the volume limiter as it was too quiet and their kids struggled to hear anything through it, so I chose the one without. I am very worried about that kind of thing as I don't want my son's little ear drums to get damaged, who does! but there are other ways. There is a parental control setting on the ipad so you can limit the volume level. GREAT!I cannot fault this product. Bought this about 3 months ago, took it everywhere on holiday and its still going. I even used it myself a few time as I forgot my earphones.

I love these headphones! I break Headphones very very easily but I bought these about two years ago and they have only just had to be replaced with a new pair.They are quite reasonably priced considering headphones can be very expensive, the colours are nice and they are very comfortable. I usually purchase this bigger style of headphones as I use them in bed and the cushioning and large ear pieces mean it never gets uncomfortable! The sound quality is also extremely good, this has been commented on by anyone who borrows them.They are for "kids" apparently, and would work well for children, however I am 19 and they still adjust well to my headsize!Would definitely recommend for anyone!

This is the third set of these we have bought, the first two bought for our children to use while travelling and using electronics. However one broke when my daughter decided to cut the cable to see what would happen (entirely not the fault of the product) so another pair was bought with her pocket money because these headphones do the job so well for the price. They go loud enough for travelling (even while airborne) but not ear damagingly loud. They are a very comfortable fit for our 5 & 6 year old pair and we have worn them occasionally (when we can't get away from being shown something) and although they are not designed for adults they do still fit.

I bought a pair of these in pink for my eldest daughter. Now my daughter who is 2 wanted to get hers so got her a pair of her own as we do a lot of flights.I bought an adapter so they could be used on a flight and they are invaluable. They keep my children quiet and entertained which is best for everyone on the flight!They are a lovely fit. My eldest had hers from 2 years old and they are still going strong. Very comfy for them too, unlike the tough hard plastic types.My eldest also uses hers now for her DS and Innotab.We have had a lot of use from these headphones, would definitely buy more and would definitely recommend!

Arrived on a Sunday so well done for excellent delivery service. Four year old son has used for a couple of hours and gives it a thumbs up - his highest accolade (ha ha). They look very nice and will stretch to fit an adult head as my wife tried and said the sound was very good.Gave it a good look on the poorly reviewed end connector and no different to any other pair I've ever seen so just remember to instruct your child on how to remove and I doubt you will have any issues. Was going to give 4* as hate to top rate anything but then thought for £10 the looks and sound quality have got to be worth the top rating

I bought these for my three year old, I could not stand anymore of her DVD's on car journeys and flights especially as she watches the same ones over and over again. These fit her fine, she loves them, and likes wearing them which is half the battle. They are nice and softly padded for little ears. On a recent flight I borrowed them when she fell asleep and they adjusted to my own size no problem and I could listen to my ipod much better than the in ear headphones I had as they blocked the engine noise out too. They are sturdy and really well made but nice and light for little ones. I would highly recommend them.
