I am writing to provide you with positive feedback regarding your QC35 Noise cancelling headset. I believe the unique way in which I have used the device may be quite different from the average consumer. Please allow me to provide you with some of background that lead up to the purchase. In April of 2015 I suffered Sudden Sensorineural Deafness leaving me completely deaf in my left ear. I received a Cochlear Implant in July of that year, and in August after the initial activation began the long, frustrating process of retraining my brain to translate electrical impulses rather than sound waves. The external portion of the device sits on my ear and is attached to the transmitter in my head by way of a magnet. The ear unit has three microphones, two in the device and one in front of my ear cavity. Initially when the device was turned on, I could only hear noises similar to “boings” for every sound it picked up. Gradually, over the time period since the activation, I am now able to understand about 67% of speech but not much else. One of the major problems, as with any open microphone, allows the device to pick up every noise in the environment in conjunction to the spoken word and ultimately also feeds that to the brain, often drowning out the speech that I was trying to focus on. While working at Massachusetts Eye and Ear with my Audiologist, who is also a sound recording engineer, the concept of getting something to limit, block out, everything that I didn’t want my brain to hear, then I should be able to retrain my brain quicker and more effectively. After speaking to a former student, who is also one of your engineers, we decided that the QC35 or its previous generation with its larger ear cup was worth the attempt. This ear cup would cover the entire external device with its microphones and thus extract the extraneous noises to allow the brain to only focus on what I wanted it to. I would often hear noises like the circulating fan of an AC unit, or plates being rattled in the kitchen, or conversations around me by other people, all much louder than the person I was attempting to communicate with. If successful, this might be an important solution and hopeful improvement when I listened to music or the television. I must explain, that music and sound reproduction have always been my life. My musical history stems around having directed school concert and marching bands for 20 years. In addition, to have also conducted over 75 summer stock musical productions as well as being a national music adjudicator for band competitions as well as Drum Corps International. My listening skills which I have developed over my lifetime, are very critically analytical and to now only be capable of hearing music only monaurally became extremely frustrating and depressing. After purchasing the QC35 head set, I used it in conjunction with my wireless transmitter attached to the television. Although it did remove the extraneous environmental noises, only the spoken word and some rhythmic sound were audible. The breakthrough came on Wednesday when I synced the headset wirelessly to my IPod, and for the very first time since I had lost my hearing, I “heard the music”, strings, horns, percussion in addition to the vocally performed words. My philosophy had been correct, I just needed to give the time for my brain to adjust. The sound quality is far from wonderful. The sound quality through the device would be akin to listening to a transistor radio speaker. However, for the very first time I could hear the elements of the music being performed. Your marvelous headset began to give me my musical life back. I have used Bose products for over 50 years beginning with the early sound systems, to the home entertainment systems, Bose Wave and wireless speakers in addition to earbuds and hard wired headsets. The concept of using an element like the QC35 as a possible solution to my problem had escaped me. I must apologize for the length of this review, but I felt that you needed to understand my entire back round to better understand what a wonderful discovery and experience this headset provided and the impact it has had on my life. In addition, I also hope that this could be passed along to other Cochlear patients as a possible assistance to any listening problems they might be experiencing.

OVERALL OPINION:These headphones are amazing! I might have been perfectly satisfied with the first version of the QC35s, but I luckily stumbled on the second generation which includes the Google Assistant integration. I initially thought it would be a small bonus, but I totally underestimated how powerful and convenient this could be. It's more than just a trigger for voice commands. It's a surprisingly flawless implementation that allows Google Assistant to turn you into much more productive multi-tasker.GOOGLE ASSISTANT VOICE COMMANDS:You start by connecting the headphones to your phone via the 'Bose Connect' app. Now, all you have to do is press and hold the button on the left side and speak your voice command. This is a lot easier and less tedious than having to precede every command with "OK Google", but this isn't even the best part of this integration.GOOGLE ASSISTANT NOTIFICATIONS:The best feature of the Google Assistant integration is the ability to receive voice notifications! Whenever you receive a notification on your phone, it is automatically spoken to you on your headphones. When text messages are received, not only can you have the message read to you with a single click of the left button, but you're also presented with an immediate opportunity to send a voice-to-text response by holding the left button while speaking. This allows you to multitask like no other. The Bose Connect app allows you to choose between temporarily pausing your audio during the notification (so you don't miss a second of that podcast you were listening to) or just reducing its volume while the notification is played. You can double press the left button to shut Google Assistant up mid-notification if you ever wish to as well. It's an excellent experience.I tried smartwatches in the past, but they never seemed to deliver a convenience above and beyond what a phone could do on its own. The hands-free and vision-free experience these headphones enable fills the void we all hoped smartwatches would.CONNECTING TO TWO DEVICES:Speaking of multitasking, these headphones can be connected to two devices at a time without the fumbling and confusion that comes along with other Bluetooth headphones offering similar functionality. I’ve got mine connected to my Android phone and my Windows PC. Start playing media from either device and it’s streamed right to your headphones. To play from the opposite device, just pause the current media on the first device and then play the new media on the second device. It’s that simple. But to receive the notifications I mentioned, your current connection must be with your phone.FIT, FORM, & FUNCTION:Lastly, you might be wondering how these headphones perform as headphones. The answer is great! Check out all the reviews of the first generation for the details as I don’t think much has changed there. They’re very comfortable, lightweight, and they don’t make your ears sweat or hurt over long periods of continual usage. I explained the left button for interacting with Google Assistant in depth, but the media controls on the right are just as useful and intuitive. Double-click the play/pause button to skip to the next track and triple-click it to go back a track. The wireless range, the sound quality, and the battery life (20 hours) is all top notch for such a portable package. I haven’t tested the mic quality during a call yet, but even if it’s not the greatest, this headset has already exceeded my expectations in so many ways - I couldn’t be happier with the design.

As a misophonia sufferer, I get overwhelmed by day to day sounds very quickly. This greatly affects my life negatively, to the point I just stopped leaving the house. I finally got a pair of these headphones, and I have much of my life back! While I didn't expect absolute magic, there are a few things I was a tad disappointed about. I primarily got these for the noise cancelling, and while they drown out humming from engines and most chit chat, they don't do a great job of cancelling out noise from TV's, louder talking (in fact, they seem to let these sounds in even more,) but I'm still very impressed with the noise cancelling. In fairness, they don't advertise 100% noise cancelling and do state they let in "announcements",so perhaps the headphones pick up TV noise and louder voices with the whole...announcements thing. I personally (and this is entirely personal preference,) would happily trade in the cancelling of engine noise to cancel all voice noise and such. As far as I can tell, they cannot be used while charging. I use these near-constantly, so that was a downer. I'll save up for another year for another pair ;) They are quite loose on the head. I wear a headscarf and my hair piled up underneath it, and they still feel quite loose. I think if they were more snug, the noise cancelling would be a lot more effective. The adjustable band is very loose on the left side, however, this is probably a defect with my own pair. There is only one function button which controls Alexa OR Noise cancellation OR Google Assistant. You have to program which one you want through the app. The app is not accessible while the headphones are charging. They are REALLY comfortable, even to fall asleep in. Each can is on a pivot which makes them easy to store, and, worry less about falling asleep in them. They've got a really nice weight to them - they're not too light that you think you've lost them when rushing for the bus, and, not too heavy that it's a relief to get them off your head! The sound quality is fairly decent, though not as loud as I'd hoped - but I'm always looking for something that'll blow my eardrums! In contrast, my other half can;t handle them on full volume. They leak sound. The REALLY leak sound. So I guess if they were louder, they'd pretty much just be speakers. Again, I wonder if this could be lessened if they were a more snug fit? I'm really impressed with the battery life and - more so - how quickly they charge. No idea what the woman is telling me sometimes. When you connect your devices or turn them on, they announce they're connected. Make sure you change your device names to something short and simple, because if the woman can't pronounce the names, she'll spell them out, letter by letter. "Connected to - H - U - A - W - E - I P - 20 Pro. And - L - A - P - T - O - P U - B - W - 6 - 5" Why she can't say LAPTOP I don't know, but we're friends anyway. Overall, I'm really happy with them, despite the few "flaws" that my fussy backside found. I take them everywhere with me and now feel at a loss if I leave them at home. I actually will buy another pair later in the year, but I'm REALLY hoping for a newer version that addresses at least the band tightness issue, as that's an issue I've seen commonly cropping up. I'll definitely invest in the next model, and I'm excited to see ANC continue to evolve. Us people who suffer near-constant sensory overload are genuinely, genuinely grateful.

SOUND QUALITYThe sound is on par with other Bose audio products, which is to say it's exceptional. Well balanced fidelity at any volume further enhanced by excellent noise cancelling technology. No matter who you are, you'll appreciate the fine audio reproduction of this product.BUILD QUALITYThe outer shell is constructed from plastic that feels strong and solid. The ear and headband cushions are really soft and supple. Overall, the headphones are incredibly lightweight. Much lighter than they appear. On the right earpiece, there is a Micro USB port for charging, player and volume controls, and a power/Bluetooth connection switch. On the left earpiece, there is the Action button that can summon Google Assistant or toggle noise cancellation. The headband is adjustable and allows for a perfect height adjustments to fit any adult-sized head.A firm-sided carrying case is provided to protect your headphone investment. Inside is a small pocket to secure the included micro USB charging cable and the 3.5mm-to-2.5mm audio cable.iOS APP & GOOGLE ASSISTANTThe Bose Connect app for iOS provides simple and intuitive access to the headphone's settings. There is also an Android app. Settings for the headphones include connections to different devices, the level of noise cancellation, and updating the firmware. To use Google Assistant, you must install the dedicated app for that service on your phone. The utility you'll get from this service will depend on your comfort level with sharing just about everything (contacts, calendar, etc) with Google. I allowed full access, and the assistant works really well. Most of the questions I asked got surprisingly quick responses. I checked weather, asked a celebrity's age, and checked a flight status. When I asked for news, I got an NPR quick brief.USE & PERFORMANCEThe noise cancellation is very, very good. In fact, it is too good in some cases. Where many noise cancelling products are able to cancel droning and repetitive sounds, the QuietComfort 35 II headphones were able silence radio and television audio and even humans talking directly to me. So noise cancellation is truly excellent. The QuietComfort headphones earn their name. They're very lightweight and comfortable on the head and ears. I was able to listen to music for several hours barely aware they were on me. And the fit is secure. I tested them by jumping and running, and they held firmly and comfortably. That said, the materials probably are not designed for perspiration, but you can be confident they won't go flying if you have to jog up a flight of stairs.Bose provides a 3.5mm-to-2.5mm audio cable for optional wired listening, and they work as you'd expect. However, when connected by wire to my iPhone, the on-headset buttons no longer controlled playback or volume, adjustments had to be performed on my phone. Once back on a Bluetooth connection, everything immediately began functioning again.BOTTOM LINEThe headphones are easy to recommend. The sound is so complete and pleasing, you can get lost in any audio you choose. The noise cancellation will keep the world away from you, too. They represent an investment, of course. But if you're picky about sound or you're a card-carrying audiophile, you will simply fall in love with these headphones. They are truly that good.

Having owned the original Bose SoundSport Wireless headphones I always wanted to try the noise cancellation function of the newer Bose models. Working in an office this can be beneficial for numerous reasons. The new QC35ii are the second edition of the well-known over ear headphones from Bose – this time, with Google Assistant packed inside them allowing for connection with Android freely, search the internet, make hands-free calls, change music automatically and much more. To structure and build of the headphones is very well designed and made for a life time of use. The cups feel solid but not too heavy and the soft leather like material on top of your head feels comfortable and made for long use.The cups themselves sit around your ears and do not sit on any part of your ear – this was something I found with previous headphones that led to sweaty ears and pressure points leading to less use. The QC35ii do not do this, in fact they can be worn from full charge until empty without any discomfort. The battery too lasts quite some time, all day if you are working on a computer and more… from the spec it indicates 20 hours, I would say more like 14-16 with the Bluetooth. They can also be used with a wire cable if Bluetooth is not an option – I have yet to try this.My main reason for testing these was the noise cancellation functionality it gave me. Being sceptical it really cancels noise I was shocked to put these on and find that even with no music playing it blocks out the outside world. It takes the lower frequency noises it picks up using the mic from outside and inverts these into the output from the cups. It will work VERY well for the likes of people talking, computers humming and so on, however it will not cut out higher range / louder noises such as a coffee grinder or construction, it will mute it slightly. Sound quality is excellent, nice balance range and volume can be pushed pretty high without any distortion of any kind, something I found can happen more and more over time. There is a volume balance EQ that I haven’t really been able to see the difference in normal however I’m sure this is the reason behind the good sound in general. The new Google Assistant is as simple as pressing and holding a button at the back left cup that allows you to connect to your phone / laptop / tablet and ask anything as you normally would with the “OK, Google” function found in Droid OS. So basically anything you want to do can be done using these headphones that you would normally tell your phone to do into the mic. Calls are also VERY clear – I tried using them while cycling and can’t say that they are anti-wind, but I suppose I was pushing the boundaries. In a normal scenario they probably pick up voices very well… just not at 20kmph.All in all, very happy with these headphones – a hefty price tag but depending on how often you travel, need silence in work or just want to cut out the drone of day to day commuting these might be worth every single penny you spend. They will last you at least 5 – 10 years from the feel of them and the quality is second to none. What more could you want from headphones?

I decided an upgrade was needed to my much loved but very aged Bose QC 3 headphones, and took the plunge with the QC 35 II. In the box - When first unpacked you will see the headphones are stowed in a nice firm case which will give ample protection to your new tech. There is enough room in the case to store a few accessories too, like the 3.5mm jack cable (included) and an adapter for your iPhone 7 (not included). You also get a usb cable to charge the 20-hour battery.Build quality - Is the usual high standard Bose adhere to, the headphones while being nice and light, feel well made and give confidence they will last the test of time. The leather used around the “ear cups” make the headphones extremely soft and comfy to wear.So listening to music for hours at a time won’t leave you with sore or aching ears.Tech stuff - The Bluetooth option means linking them to your smartphone, iPad, iPod, laptop etc is easy. I downloaded the Bose app and this made connection simple. The app allows you to update the headphones, control the degree of noise cancelling and provides access to all the product documentation too. There are buttons on both of the headphone cups, the left cup provides a button that will activate Google assistant, this button can also be changed to control the noise cancelling feature should you prefer (changed via the app). The right cup has 3 buttons. These buttons will allow you to activate Siri, answer phone calls, play, pause music, switch up and down tracks and control the volume, so almost no need to touch my iPhone at all.Sound quality - As you would expect for the price tag, the sound these headphone produce is fabulous. I have tested a wide range of music genre and the headphones produce fantastic results all at various volume levels. Classical, pop, rock, Indi etc the depth of sound is VERY good. The bass rumbles when required without being overpowering, and the high tones are crisp and clear. Phone calls are very clear, I had no issues with sound using the phone while outside on a windy day. The main feature for me is the noise cancelling facility. The Bose QC 35 II does a REALY good job shutting out most if not all the unwanted noise. You really can kick back relax and get lost in your music with these headphones!Recommendations - I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a high end set of headphones. Sound quality is superb, very comfy to use, and the noise cancelation is brill. A perfect travel companion on the tube, plane, train, or just shutout the outside world and use at home. Has the modern technology to connect to all the latest audio devices which secures many years of future proofing should you change your iPhone etc, no Bluetooth don’t panic just plug them in!Pricey but you do get what you pay for!

I own a number of Bluetooth headphones, 2 of which are Bose products. They all have different use cases so I was keen to see where these headphones fitted in.On opening the box it was a typical Bose experience. The case is nice and sturdy and hold the headphones in a protective shell. Also provided are a micro charging cable and a cable to make these wired. Connecting via Bluetooth is via the Bose app which detects the headphones and connects to them for you. Easy.Controls on the right cup slow for play/pause, skip to next track (double tap) and volume up and down.FitThe headphones themselves dont look like like they have changed in design much from the first iteration. The cups can swivel so they they neatly fold up to be stored in their case. This has an added benefit in that they aren’t fixed and therefore adapt really well to your head shape. These really are some comfy headphones! The cups are nicely padded and there’s a nice padded area on the head strap as well. SoundThe sound profile is fairly well balanced with a warm rounded sound although I found it to be lacking in a bit of top end sparkle as well as some low end grunt. The bass is nice and warm but not too in your face. Nothing wrong with that but with an app there is a missed opportunity to provide the opportunity to adjust the EQ to your liking.Noice CancellationThis comes with 3 settings, Off, Low and High. These can be changed either via the button on the left cup or via the app. The high setting cancelled out most of the hum from an aeroplane journey and with music playing I couldn’t hear any sounds around me. I own a pair of QuietControl 30 in -ear headphones which filter out more of the sound due to the fact that they are lodged in your ears. The QC 30s have more based but these QC35 IIs have a more rounded sound. For prolonged use these over the ear cups are far more comfortable than in ear headphones and I think i could easily swear them for a couple of hours with no discomfort.Other features The left button can be switched to trigger Google Assistant if you have the app but I haven’t used the feature as yet. The included cable to make these wired is useful if required, however the headphone end is smaller than a standard jack so if you lose it then its not so easy to use a cable you may have lying round. Also when using the wired method the volume controls aren’t active, you’ll need to control the volume on the sound source.Overall these are a solid pair of Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones. The sound itself isn’t standout but coupled with great noise cancellation and a really comfy fit they are perfect for listening to music or watching movies in loud environments.

The quiet comfort 35’s are priced as a premium headphone, yet sadly, the build quality feels a bit “plasticky.” They are very light and comfortable in use and twist themselves into pretty much any position to fit the user well, without squashing the head. During normal movement they didn’t fall off, and were pretty secure. They also fold flat when not in use, which could be good for squeezing into a backpack or a suitcase. They do also come with a rigid plastic case for this purpose. When you put them on for the first time, and are unsure of which way round they go, the L and R markings are inside the cups on the driver mesh, rather than being on the outside like other headphones. It took a moment or two to find them!Battery life is good, giving a solid 10 hours of use, recharging time was a shade over 2 and a bit hours.Audio quality is good if you like boosted bass and treble. The high notes were clear and crisp, but the bass seemed a little too overpowered on some tracks. True audio purists might not like these though, as what you hear may not be what the original artist intended. The ability to lock out the external sounds is only available at three levels; on-high, on-low and off, and is controlled by a button on the left can, which also doubles as a google assistant, although a fruity assistant also works if the button in between volume up and down is held for a second or two. There is a three button switch on the right can that follows the current standard for play/pause/vol up/down and answer/end calls, along with a slide switch for Bluetooth on/off. If the switch is pushed further on against a spring, Bluetooth pairing springs into action. There is also an accompanying app from Bose to update the firmware if necessary, although the download speed was very slow. Two cables are supplied, one to convert the QC35’s to a 3.5mm corded pair of headphones, and the other is a standard usb-c for charging the headphones. They can be used without being switched on, with the supplied cable, although the sound is very different; bassy without the top end - kind of muddied. It really shows up the difference as to when the ‘enhanced’ sound is being fed to the drivers.Plus points+ good battery life+ can be used as corded headphonesNot so plus points- they feel “plasticky”- the sound is ‘boosted/enhanced’You very much get what you pay for with these, and you won't disappointed.

I received the Bose QC 35 II’s a few days ago. The first thing I noticed was the sleek case and how the headphones fold up to fit in a small area. That makes it nice for travel! I was surprised Bose came out with a second generation of the QC 35 headphones already. Bose added a Google assistant button on the left ear cup for summoning google assistant. So, on the right ear cup you’ve got the button for Siri and on the left, you’ve got Google assistant. I’ve never used google assistant so when I got the headphones I downloaded the google assistant app and gave it a try. I have to say she responds much faster than Siri does but I haven’t got the chance to see all that she will do yet but it seems promising. The fit and comfort is second to none! I’ve owned many top brands of headphones and the QC 35’s are the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. I’ve got slightly big ears and there is plenty of room!I can wear these all day! The sound is excellent. I’ve played music in bands most of my life and listened to music for 45 years so I know when a headphone or earbud sounds good and when it doesn’t and these sound quite good for Bluetooth and they seem to be louder than the first generation of the QC 35’s which made me very happy. I like to jam sometimes so I want them loud! I got the flat black version and they look sleek, classy and modern. Very nice looking headphones that I’m proud to wear anywhere. The cups have big markings inside the ear cup to immediately tell which way to put them on when you pick them up. I’ve had some brands that have a tiny little “L” or “R” that you can barely see. The buttons are perfectly placed. No searching needed. Just reach up your hand and they are right there. Easy to find and easy to use. I’ve heard some people complain that Bluetooth headphones can’t sound good because you lose some of the signal when using Bluetooth but I have to disagree. Bluetooth has came a long way and the QC 35’s second gen headphones sound very very good. Yes, there may be some high dollar boutique hand made headphones that might sound a little better but you have to have a cord and an amplifier with those. Who wants that? I want portability with no wires to get tangled up in or caught on things and Bose has come close to the perfect all around headphone with these. I highly recommend them!

Truly speaking I am not a big fan of over-ear headphones, but after having Bose QC 35 II wireless headphones for a while now I am convinced they are worth everything I love about music and much more. Bose QC 35 II have exceptional comfortable ear pads with a generous amount cushion headband which makes it very soft, comfortable and feels lightweight on the head. The ear cups completely cover my ear and helps to block most of the outside noise without even using noise cancellation feature. It’s very easy to power or pairs the Bose QC 35 II wireless headphones using a button located on right side of the headphone’s ear cup. On the right side of headphone ear cups, there are three buttons helps for volume up and volume down and the middle button is used for playback management, call management, and other functions which depends on how many times the middle button is pressed, I still have to memorise various button combinations to make functions work. Holding same middle button of right ear cup will connect to Siri on your phone. On the left side of the ear cup, there is action button for Google Assistant app. The noise cancellation on Bose QC 35 II is extremely great. One of the new features for QC 35 II is to control noise cancellation in three levels (high, low and off) using Bose Connect app. Being able to control noise cancellation in different levels makes it easy when need to be aware of your surroundings. High level of noise cancellation is the best when you are sitting in a room full of people, it completely eliminates any noise around you plus it does not affect any audio performance. Bose QC 35 II comes with a carry case, a 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm cable for wired audio and (very small) micro USB charging cable. Answering calls are of good quality using the headphones built-in mic. Bose recommends battery lasts up to 20 hours and can quickly charge for 2.5 hrs within 15 minutes. Overall Bose QC 35 II is a best noise cancellation headphones I have ever used. It is bit pricey, but if you want excellent noise cancellation then it’s better to pay once and wasting money. At last about the Google Assistant in Bose QC 35 II, it quite useful but it depends on individuals.

Comfort isn’t the word. After wearing the headphones for well over 2 hours, I completely forgot they were on my head due to how well the cushioned ear pads and headband sit so perfectly on my head (and everyone else’s head that has tried to ‘borrow’ them from me). The sound quality from these headphones is fantastic, as expected from the Bose name, with bass being a big factor to the tones, really giving depth to some of my tracks. I found the noise cancellation to be a massive help in really getting lost in the world of music, blocking out a lot of noise that I would normally have to turn the music up to avoid. The level of noise cancellation meant that I could keep the volume at a reasonable level, while still being able to hear the music perfectly. I haven’t had a huge amount of time to test the noise cancellation while on a call, however the ease of making and answering calls is very good. The microphone gives crystal clear audio to the receiver of your call, while the voice in your ear is also very clear. It took me a little bit of time and help from the Bose Connect app to work out the many different ways of using the middle (play/pause/skip tracks/Siri/answer calls) button, however once I got used to it after a day or two, it feels so natural to use. Being an iPhone user, I have the Action button set up to change the noise cancellation level, so this button hasn’t seen whole lot of use. The ear cups do a pretty good job of noise cancellation, even with the active noise cancellation turned off. The carry case has a nice rugged outer shell to it, protecting the headphones from damage if you’re known to be quite clumsy. The little fabric pocket on the inside is perfect for storing the USB charging cable and the 3.5mm audio jack, stopping you from getting caught out if the battery dies. So far, I am very impressed with the battery life on these headphones, especially with the quick charge feature, enabling me to get a good two and a half hours from a short 15 minute charge. As you turn on the headphones, you get a voice prompt letting you know how much battery if left, which I think is a very nice touch to ensure I don’t run out of juice unexpectedly.

This is the fourth pair of Bose headphones (two over-ear noise cancelling and two in-ear sports) I have used and the single biggest takeaway is how much better this new version is than the one before. I was a massive fan of the QC35, but the QC35 II is a huge improvement and another big step forward.Starting with the noise cancelling. There is not doubt now that this is easily the best-in-class product. Bose has led the industry in noise-cancelling but the quality and, in simple terms, the level of noise blocked out by these headphones is incredible and feels a lot better than the original QC35. A new feature is being able to adjust the noise cancelling level to 'high', 'low'or off allows you to adjust how you are using the headphones in different environments.I have been a long-time user of Bose products and have been loyal to the Bose brand as they have never let me down - a very good example of getting what you pay for. These feel no different to the typical Bose product, the premium feel and build quality are evident as soon as they are out the box. The headphones feel lighter than the previous version and still have the same ergonomic, adjustable design so they should be able to sit comfortably for hours at at time. Obviously I am not sure how they last yet, but I do know my old QC15s are still working 10 years on!The 'Bose' sound seems to be something audiophiles want to discuss and being neither an expert nor wanting to try and impose my view on someone else, the quality of the sound I get from my music suits me and the sound quality is crystal clear. This is true even when moving around in the headphones which I have found to be a problem with some other brand's noise cancelling offerings. I spend a lot of time flying and also working in an open plan office so use headphones a lot and the noise cancelling technology is key for me. If this sounds anything like how you use your headphones - or how you could use your headphones - then I can't recommend these enough. The price doesn't make this is an easy purchase but its a premium product and if you look at it on a cost per wear basis, you're going to be looking at a bargain!

The Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II is Bose’s latest Bluetooth Noise Cancellation Headphones that promises unrivalled audio and build quality. Can this new high end product live up to Bose’s immaculate reputation? I have been using the product for a few days and can conclude that it’s probably the best set of headphones I have used so far.In terms of audio quality, design and build, this headset truly excels. The sound is clear, rich and truly immersive with an excellent level of Bass. This is complemented with the Noise Cancellation feature(adjustable for up to 3 levels) which has enhanced my audio experience. As a regular commuter who uses the train and plane frequently,I can now enjoy my favourite series without any interruption. The padding makes the headphones fit well and hence they feel extremely comfortable. As they are feather light, I did not feel the weight even after having worn them for a few hours. The headphones are highly portable and the cups can be folded into the provided pouch which is very sleek. In terms of call quality, this is as good as it gets: there was no interference or background noise (usually emitted by some headphones) and I could hear the caller very clearly. When fully charged, the battery lasts for almost a full day (20 hours) and a quick charge of 15 minutes gave me an experience of over 2 hours. In terms of Integrated App, this device uses the Bose Connect (for Nearfield communication-NFC) and is also optimised for Google Assistant. Once connected to the Internet, I can push the dedicated button for Google Assistant to perform various searches and look up for information. It is a great feature although the paired device must be connected to the internet. The Bose QC 35 II is an excellently built Headphone and is packed with the must have features to make it the ultimate Bluetooth headphone. It is an epitome of a true Bose product and I would thoroughly recommend the headphones to regular travellers or for those who are looking to experience a superior audio quality.
