JD offers their wonderfully smooth single select @ 90 proof and someone might wonder why do they produce the same great taste @ 100 proof?I believe only because some connoisseurs like their Whiskey on the rocks, and the classic ice cubes will eventually water the drink down a bit.Otherwise I honestly see no taste difference between the 90 and 100 proof versions.Careful though, this 100 proof has a slightly better punch if enjoyed neat.

I'm a fan of the original single barrel whiskey, thought I'd try this as it was on offer. Honestly, still nice but not as nice as the conventional single barrel, the extra strength for me doesn't add any value and detracts slightly from the taste. Still nice though, but I'd opt for standard over 100 proof in the future

I felt this had little too much fire, I preferred regular Single Barrel but still this is very good. I’ve drank many 100proof Bourbons before but the burn was harsh got better with oxidation as further down the bottle but the regular SB was smoother and cheaper. Glad give this a whirl though.

This has become my standard go to drink. I have been through three bottles and tried most of them and this one is just perfect. THe 50% adds the extra strength making it better value than the 45% single barrel. That one is great but this is amazing. I will keep on having this forever I think.

Wow diffently sipping whisky.This is not for those who do the sip thier whisky as its truly strong.I had the other usual jd single barrel bourbon which is a log smoother which is great but this great if you want a Stronger hitting bourbon and it's certainly that.Love it

This is my favourite Jack Daniels and is the same as the old silver select. It has a lovely smooth taste considering the strength. From the bottle design to the character of the content, definitely a thumbs up for any Jack Daniels lover.

I actually quite enjoyed this one. used to drink jack daniels when I was younger but over the years, I switched to single malt as JD was too sweet. This one, however, is just the right amount of sweetness and is also nice and strong

Bought for husband who really enjoys his jack Daniels. Usually JD doesn't really affect him but this one sure did. I believe it was 3 double shots that done it lmao. Will definitely buy again

First time I could buy this wonderful Whiskey out of duty free. This is a sure bet and always surprises guest when tasting for the first time. I will order it again with no hesitations.

Excellent product, worth the extra money as it makes a great gift! Bought for my father who is a JD lover and he says it is extremely strong stuff so drink with caution!
