Unfortunately our dog discovered the zip was faulty and managed to eat the chicken out of it while we were training him we have still managed to open and close zip without fault but sometimes it does open in the middleApart from the zip it is a good as it is durable and well padded and if you are putting any meat in it it is easy to wipe clean so is a good retrieving training toy for our dog but not the best .
