This was the 6th game purchased for my ds and i have to say it's the best i have played so far.I have never seen the program so cannot comment on it's likeness to the series, but the character graphics are pretty good.I bought it as i love any hospital/surgery games.When i first played it, i did think it was really easy but i am now on the 3rd section (5 or 6 in total) and it has been getting more difficult as you go along.Quite a long game which is great as you wont complete it in a day, there are 5 or 6 acts to each section, plus around 5 scenes in each act.Like i said i have never seen the show, but even in the game you get quite wrapped up in the characters lives and personalities.You have choices to make (mini game),

If you brought this game, to carry out the surgical procedures, then you won't be disappointed. However this game stays true to the series, you have to make decisions for the characters, about love, arguments, personal dilemmas. There is a mixature of character and surgical activities.There are several different surgical procedure that you can complete, ranging from taaking observations to actually operations. With regards with the personal on characters, to decide if to argue, remain calm, what to say what not to say.If you love Grey's Anatomy as I do, for the intense and fast pace mixture of personal lives and surgical falls and triumphs, then you'll love this game.

I haven't played the game myself as it was a gift for my daughter who loves it and is very happy with it. She says that the effects are very good and life-like especially in the OR. The game play is easy to understand and likes that they have used actual story lines from the TV series itself.

This game is one of the best TV based games I've played, it's challenging in places (which is good) some of the scenes (particularly the Izzie and baby Tuck stuff) are long and boring but the surgery parts are fun.

This game is excellent! You get to do medical procedures and operations and you decide what happens to the characters. Great fun.

A brilliant buy for any Grey's Anatomy fan. Easy but enjoyable at the same time. It is based on the early series of the TV show.
