Having played this game only once while on a motorhome rally we found that we really enjoyed it and decided to buy our own set.When this set arrived we found that it was almost half the size in some of the dimensions of the one we'd used on the rally as well as being much lighter. This was a little disappointing but was down to us for not doing our research fully enough.Having said that we have played a few games and got a lot of enjoyment out of it. Being the wood that it is it does suffer the odd dent and gets marked if playing on grass. Perhaps using a wood sealer may help with thisWe would suggest that this set is suited well to when playing with children or when weight is an issue and space is short.

Saw some people playing this game and inquired as to what it was, got a crash course and invited to play. Bought this in time for our next family camping trip. It got quite a bit of use. It's one of the cheapest sets around and I get the feeling that the wood is a little soft and not quite weather resistant, but we'll look after it and I expect to get many years worth of tournaments out of it.

I have had a set of these for 3 years and they are still going strong, just bought these for my son-in-law.Be careful of cheap models claiming to be these they are rubbish and break easy , check the weight of the whole kit it should be at least around 4kg or more, i did order one set claiming to be Kubb Goki and when it arrived it was cheap wood and did not even weight 2kg..........

Had played in France and become addicted. This set felt slightly lighter, but then natural wood density will vary. Great fun, and great promoter of friendly argument as the rules are few and variations inevitable.

The game overall is great fun and gets everyone watching and asking questions. Hard to explain the rules at first and is best described by showing. The only downside to the buy was a piece was missing!

I bought this game cause we played sometimes with a friend of mine's and I loved it. This one is a bit smaller, but perfect for me as it is easier to be stored and lighter.

This game is great !! My grandchildren loved, their parents loved . A new 'generation' game quite basic if necessary but has some quirky rules and can become addictive !!
