I have problems with both my hands and have been struggling to open items as my grip is not as strong as it once was. I wanted something that would be easy to use, easy to store and easy to wash and clean when necessary, this item is ideal.Good value for money, good quality and good value. It works perfectly every single time, no matter what size bottle or jar I am opening. It amazes me each time how something so simple can work so well.There were a few similar items I could have chosen, but I am very glad I bought this one. I find it excellent and would definitely recommend it to anyone who has difficulty opening jars and bottles. This is a keeper.

I suffer with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis which affects my hands badly. When I say I've tried just about every bottle opener in the market trust me, I'm not exaggerating and some have been quite expensive. I've now given all the rest to a charity shop as nothing comes close to just how good this opener is. I use two at a time, one on the lid and another on the bottom of the jar for a firm grip and, as yet, I haven't found a bottle or jar which I can't open using this method. Fantastic product, great price and quick service, I couldn't ask for more and therefore wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend.

I love this opener, what could be more simple, I have had to wait days for someone to come calling so I can get my jars opened, this little thing is marvelous it opens the most difficult jars. I bought one just to see, yes it does work, I am now going to buy a couple more and keep them in the kitchen - just in case - they take up no roomand cost next to nothing, great value.

I have arthritis in one wrist so find stiff jam jar lids hard to open. I keep this in a drawer and I haven’t found a jar that too big or too small for it.If you have 2 weak hands you may need a nonslip pad or rubber glove to grip the jar while the gadget is on the lid.

This is my 3rd purchase of this they are that good. Bought more to give to family. Opens everything ive needed to open. Thick , soft and so easy to use. Great for disabled people who find it difficult to open jars , bottles etc like myself. Highly recommend this.

Fantastic for when I can’t quite manage jars and bottles. I had last one same material for over 15 years but it went missing in a house move so had to purchase a new one. I’ve used others and they haven’t been as easy to use as this item.

This is for me, the easiest manual opener I have used to date. In that way it’s a first. Other openers I have used before, have turned out to be a nightmare ending up in the bin. No more wasting money or struggling! Wonderful.

This jar 'opener' although not mechanical, allows one to get a firm grip on a lid and twist it off, and is very easy to use, may not work on extremely tight lids, but has worked on all that I have had to open.

If you are old or have arthritis or any other problems with your hands, this device will help remove almost any screw top lid/cap. Fantastic invention after trying most other devices on the market.

Oh, how much I wish I knew this product earlier! Opening jars and bottles has become so much easier since a physio therapist recomended Dycem to me. I since have bought one for my mum...

I bought this for my wife as she has RA and cannot grip hard. She finds it much easier to open jars and bottles using this. I have also used it on stubborn jar lids with success.

I use the opener constantly . I wouldn’t be without it, It was recommended to me when I had treatment at Hospital. Let’s just say it makes life a lot easier.

Im not sure about opening jars I have a gadget that I use already and it works better than this one forthat use but its great for opening screw top bottles

Very simple but tremendously effective bottle and jar opener. Was originally recommended tome and have subsequently bought several for friends and family.
