Does exactly what it is supposed to, keeps little fingers away from sockets and the switches! It is a bit of a pain to open, but that's what helps keep the little fingers out! And it is only suitable for a standard plug size, not for chargers etc but apart from that it works very well. The only downside is like others, mine didn't come with the fitting instructions, but basically you need to unscrew the socket from the wall, clip the cover over the front of the loose socket face and then screw it back onto the wall, will take less than 5 minutes to fit.

very useful.my 17 month old son was forever playing with the switches.Since it has been covered he has not gone near it.have used this in the living room.only down side is that it will not cover the large plugs that you get on phones and some chargers but for standard size plugs it is fine.would only use this for covering sockets that you dont need to keep getting access to as opening the box can be a bit of pain as the whole thing can unclip from the wall. Overall recommended this for anyone one with active babies/toddlers.

Purchased this as I received the gate for free from my mother. Didn’t know where to put it as it didn’t fit anywhere, BUT with the extra extension it fitted across the double doors in the kitchen.Now my 1 & 2 year old can play out there without doing a runner out the door.... handy as it’s been pretty warm out and I can open the doors and be assured they can’t escape.Well worth it ?

bought these after scaring myself reading about standard socket covers. these allow plugs to stay in the socket but be closed over. really easy to install and have worked really well. work well for standard depth plugs only though, cant shut them over any deeper plugs that you get on some electrical items now.

I had a plug socket right near my child's cot so wanted something completely child proof and this definitely is. Did need to loosen the socket from the wall to be able to fit it on which is a bit fiddly but better than worrying about my little boy managing to get off the other sort of covers you can buy!

I bought these reigns last year for my toddler and they were a really good buy. My son is bigger than average and these reigns are really generous in size and should last him for as long as he needs them. I don't go anywhere without them and I would certainly recommend them.

I brought this with the stair gate to go under my stairs to create a den for my dog as she kept pulling the dog cages apart. This has worked very well as it also provides her more room during the day and night. She is a lot calmer and happier

Very good product, does what you need it to do, but I have now ordered twice (didn't order enough first time) and on neither occasion did I recieve fitting instructions as listed. Thankfully it wasn't too hard to figure out!

Does the job, although you will have to take the face plate off the socket to install it, so make sure you're happy around exposed electrical wiring. If in doubt, just trip out every circuit in the house.

Bought this with the gate to keep my Springer out of the kitchen when im cooking and in the kitchen at night. Does the job perfect

When added to the "Chelsea" x-trall gate, just what I needed to keep the dogs out of an area in the house!

Works well. We have used this as a pet gate outside and they have not rusted. They are also quite sturdy.

Good to have if you have small children. Stos them from playing with the plugs .
