Fiddly & really hard to open at the latches so that the side can be lowered. Difficult to adjust & get to stay as you wished-- ours is on a slatted toddler bed, & it just keeps popping out of place despite securing it according to the instructions. It's been a hassle in all honesty. We had a BabyDan one before, which we use on our older child's bed, & honestly we wished we'd just bought another of the BabyDan-- it's so easy to use & adjust... Just goes to show, you get what you pay for!

I bought these bed rails for our 4 year old son, for when we stay with friends & family. Most places it's double / king sized beds in the middle of the room, so I needed to get two bed rails for both sides of the bed. They're a great success. They're sturdy & secure, & the extra height & width gave added reassurance. They're easy to assemble, although I'd recommend an extra person to lift the heavy double / king sized mattress whilst you negotiate the straps under the mattress!

Ok so!!! I’m First time mum!! Learning on the job .. I brought this so my baby has no chance of rolling off the bed BUT as she has now reached 6months she now sits up by herself ... and is pulling herself up by holding things... if she wakes up I have ONLY SECONDS to make it to the bedroom.. I suggest COTT next to bed until you go to bed then put baby in with you .. or dismantle your bed and have MATTRESS ON FLOOR ... if this shield was one metre high I would RATE IT A MILLION

We bought this for our granddaughters big girl bed it was easy to fit and looks great. Only problem we have is it doesn’t fold down too easily as it’s on a slatted bed frame but have taught our granddaughter to climb on and off at the end of the bed rather than try and turn the guard down. So actually could have bought one that didn’t have that function. But on the plus side it’s very long so no chance of her falling out of the bed.

This bed guard is amazing quality for the price!Looks great on my sons cot bed and the folding side is great for when you are sitting with the child and then simply click it back up once they are asleep. Great size too! I love the fact it comes with a bag too so you can fold it away and take it anywhere with you if you are going on an overnight stay you haven't got to worry about carrying a large bed guard around with you.

I love the guard. I bought it for my fairly large 15 month old son’a big boy bed. He wriggles around a lot at night so I was worried about him falling out of bed, but this rail kept him in even when he was laying against it. It’s long enough for pretty much the whole bed and it’s really easy to put up. Very easy to use, easy to take down and very stable. Definitely recommend.

Love it. Don’t need instruction to put together my 4 year old could do it if she had the strength to put the locking hole pieces in. Great and easy to use. My 1 year old is in a big single bed and she doesn’t get out at night with the help of this and a baby sleeping bag. Gave us room the put the new baby in the cot with both 1 and 4 year olds in big girl beds.Perfect

I found the bed guard fantastic, my son is only 20months and due to needing the cot for his younger sister he has gone into a full size single bed, the bed guard gives me peace of mind that he is safe and won’t fall out the bed, it’s easy to fit single handed, doesn’t move and has mesh so if the wriggle and lean against it they can breathe still. Fantastic product!!

Good quality bed rail and easy to set up. My son co-sleeps with us and we have a king size bed with a deep mattress and this fits great and it still has enough height to keep him safe. The only criticism i have is that the top of the rail could use some kind of padding as my son has hit hit head a couple of times but overall i am happy with my purchase.

This product is perfect, comes up high enough that toddler can’t roll out, enough room at head end for us to reach him easily and at foot end for him to get out of bed quickly for potty etc. It folds down easily too. Only thing that could be improved is it is a bit noisy to get side up and down so if little one is asleep it would possibly disturb them

Great good quality product, just what I needed to buy, I’ve put the bed guard on a single bed, the bed guard is easy to put together, also like the fact that the bed guard material can be taken off and washed, it works brilliant keeps my boy safe and secure at sleeping times,Thanks Argos for quick same day delivery, and excellent quality product

Excellent product, no more worrying about the baby falling off the bed. Bought two, one for each side. Really easy to put together with simple instructions and picture diagrams. Simple to attach to underside of mattress/bedframe. Has prevented a few definite falls already. Very pleased with this item.

Great product! Does exactly what it says and keeps my toddler from rolling out of bed. The product is great quality and is very easy to put together to use. I have another toddler who will be soon going into a big boy bed and I will definitely have no hesitation in purchasing another.

Not suitable for our daughter's bed due to the frame is higher then the mattress, but we found a way to attach and use, however we lost the option to lower it down. I would recommend to check if this is suitable for your bed. Apart from that highly recommended, the quality is good.

Great item, however it does not fit a King size bed, let alone a Queen size, so that lets it down, I had the straps at full stretch and still didn't extend under the mattress. However it is a good product, its on my divan bed to stop my 1yr old rolling out of bed as we co-sleep.
