I have long used the stick-on type of lens keepers that are becoming both expensive and lacking in quality as the 'sticky part' doesn't stay put. These are brilliant replacement lens caps with good clips for the lens & the good quality 'string' firmly attached to the side of the cap - thus I can drop my cap when in a hurry and not lose it! The string is also long enough that I am able to use on 55-250mm and 70-300mm telephotos. Longer zooms you might need to zoom in before replacing the cap. But having replaced the caps for 5 of my husband & my lenses with this product and used them while travelling for 6 months, we are both well pleased.

Just received this. It fits snugly on top of the filters.I like how it's simple and unbranded, making it fit inconspicuously on any brand of camera.The cord is not as shown, but instead has a somewhat broad elastic band at the far end.Bought for Canon SX50HS to which I've fitted a 58mm adaptor ring and filters. No need anymore to choose between lens-cap or filters.

I found this lens cap being very handy and I like the string, no chance loosing it again.I would recommend this product.
