This has become my "goto" pan for cooking breakfast. I bought both the 18cm and 20cm pans and I've found that I like the smaller one better (for one person). It's amazing value at around £7 - Don't use those black Nylon spatulas with this pan - it'll easily melt the Nylon. I use silicon which is able to handle much higher temperatures. I also use wooden spatula's (turners). It's very important not to go too high with the heat - I keep my electric stove at no. 6 and even then I have to remove the pan from heat during cooking if it gets too hot. Wash the pan afterwards with running hot water then quickly dry it and oil it (I use a drop of Olive oil) for storage... otherwise it will quickly rust.

Wow! Quite a pan! Haven't seen such thick steel since I don't remember when. Haven't got the chance to actually test it witg some old fashioned tasty crepes, but soooon... And by the looks of it, I have high expectations. This pan looks like it's made to be intensly used by several generations. ?

I have had a few of these for years. They last. They're perfect for camping. They're durable, and the BEST cast iron available. I cannot believe the value & the price. One of my favourite companies. My crepes are always perfect. Everything cooked in these is even and exact.
