It's nice and heavy and much easier to clean than I thought it would be from reading other reviews - I wipe out the excess with kitchen towel, boil a kettle and use a little bit at a time and swish the water around with a washing-up bristle brush - rinse, dry off with kitchen towel and hey presto it's is as clean as a whistle! Haven't had to season it yet after the initial process. I use it for stir-fry too. Nice product.

it is light and gets heated quickly.I have mineral b range, in comparison, this pan doesn't take seasoning as well as mineral b and although it heats up quickly, it doesn't retain heat as long as mineral b due to the thickness.I use this for a quick stir fry.4 months on, it is finally non stick with a little amount of oil that I can enjoy making omelette!
