Not as bright as expected on the ceiling but does make a lovely soft pattern, which is probably all that is needed at night. The noise is nice too, an option of either waves or waves and a spa style music track with seagull noises. The pattern looks better on a clear white wall and looks a bit naff on heavily patterned wallpaper. Do not pay the silly price quoted on this particular page, shop around and look on the high street. The product does not make my son go to sleep but he definately watches the lights and coos away to it. The light is bright enough to breastfeed by. If i could change anything it would be to have a fade down of the music and lights rather than a straight shut off that

Bought this for my 20month old son and he loves it. I turn it on every night and he lays in his cot and watches the wave lighting and listening to the lullaby and falls to sleep.Also nice for when my son sometimes wakes crying in the night, it seems to calm him and goes back off to sleep.Wish I had seen this product when he was a baby as I had previously looked in the shops for a product that has a light show without music but couldn't find one (would of been nice to use during night time feeds) The turtle is great as can have lights with or without music and can control the volume.Would definitely recommend

This item is quite expensive. I bought it for my grandson (aged 7) who has trouble getting off to sleep. He absolutely loves it, and both my other grandsons now want one! I will have to save up again! The lamp transports you to a magical place, and is sooooooooooo soothing. I feel it has been worth every penny paid, and I was relieved to see that it appears to be well made, with good materials (not at all tacky). so, well done Cloud B Tranquil Turtle.P.S. I am thinking about getting one for myself, to help with old age induced insomnia!!!!

This product has been a godsend. We've christened him Terence the Turtle and he's been an integral part of our bedtime routine since our daughter was about 10 weeks old. I wanted a nightlight/sound soother that I could dim, control the volume on, have the choice of having light without sound... this was the only one that met all of my requirements. It's not cheap but as far as we're concerned it's more than worth the money. The only thing thing that could improve it is being remote controlled!

The light it shines is very nice. You can change its intensity. The 2 sounds are pleasent, one music and one nature sound. It's a high quality product which is really calming but so far has not a very high effect on my 8 month old. He likes watching the lights but rather geta distracted by them then to sleep or become dizzy. What I dislike about this product is that there are only two sounds and the fact that it shuts off after 15 min automatically

I bought this for my asd son and he loves it. I must admit it is very relaxing. Also the service I received from baby curls was second to none when the product turned up and unfortunately had a fault they were very quick to resolve the issue by sending out a replacement that worked perfectly even allowing us to retain the original product. Would definitely recommend the product and company.

I never normally write reviews, but this turtle is absolutely enchanting. The photos and videos don't do it justice. I had high expectations and am not disappointed.I think it is a touch too expensive, had it been a tenner cheaper, I would have bought it with a lot less dithering. However, I am so pleased with it, so would recommend putting this on a gift list.

this is really cute, the music is very calming and the lights are perfect, my 1 year old son has it in his room and at bed time he looks round at it and waits for me to turn it on, it lasts about 20 minutes so thats great for me i dont have to keep running in to switch it back on its plenty of time for him to fall asleep.

Expensive but just what my kids needed to get to sleep this is actually the second I've bought. It projects the sea waves across the ceiling very strongly. The light strength can be adjusted and the movement can be turned off. Then their is a lullaby and a sounds of the ocean waves options but ca be adjusted up and down.

I love this, and so does my 14 week son. The blue light is calming and makes you feel like your in a pool as it gently moves and sways. There are three sound settings- music, waves and silent.There's enough light to see by, but it hour being too bright. Ideal if you want your child to get used to dark at bedtime.

This is amazing. It is a little on the expensive side.. But worth every pound. I chose it to help my 21 mth old get to sleep alone. She loves looking at the waves all round her room and the soft sounds of the sea.. It helps to settle her very quickly .. I would def recommend over the cheaper versions.

This is the most wonderful baby present I have ever bought. It is cute and lovely during the day but I was not that impressed with the light show. But wow, wait until dark...... it covers the ceiling and walls in the most fabulous underwater sparkles. I LOVE it. And by the way, so does the baby!!

This night light is excellent. I first bought it when my 1 year old was waking in the night. When he woke I put it on and it helped him go back to sleep without me feeding him. Now he is nearly 2, I use it to signal bed time and he goes to sleep within 10 mins. It has been worth every penny.

Bought two for my grandson. One for his own home, the other to keep at my own home, to be used when he visits me. It is well made, work perfectly, has calming effect and after reasonable time, switches off itself. It arrived promptly, service by the seller was superb.

Can not tell you how fabulous this turtle is, my little one has had this since birth it has helped every night and he has slept through since 4 months. Even those nights where he's been ill or teething it gently soothes him back to sleep. Can not recommend enough!!!
