I have been looking around at flashes for a while and all sort of new to me was looking between the cheaper versions and this canon. My mates use the cheaper version of this model and it shows , the quality of this build is amazing well worth the extra few ££'s. Does everything it says perfectly can be used as a flash slave and master which is needed if shooting with a few flashes ig weddings. Will have some photos of my page iiamchapmanmedia that will show how good these flashes are.

Small but very powerful. Great for indoor and portrait photography as well as family occasions like wedding and smaller groups. It works with 4 'AA' batteries -not included- so I suggest that You should buy a rechargeable battery kit, for money savings. With 4 Duracell batteries I could take 89 photos on 'full blast'. .

I use my new Speedlite with my eos 80d mainly off camera. The optical transmission works really well enabling just the right amount of shadow in portraits. On camera it works well providing light fill on a sunny day. In doors I enjoy experimenting with bounce. The possibilities are endless. I love this product.

Delivered today and have just been trying it out.Purchased as the go to Speedlite for my new Canon EOS M5.My older Speedlite 550EX is just a bit too top heavy for the little camera and the compact and powerful 430EX III-RT just balances perfectly. Feels "Right" as they say.They go together well.

Great price for a small and powerful flash. Additional extras a bonus. (Diffusion dome and tungsten filter). The flash recycles very quickly. The new control dial took a bit of getting used to compared to the 430 EXii. Overall very pleased with this product.

After market flashes are less expensive but are false economy. You pay for what you get. This flash is a great bit of kit. Cycling time is fantastic and it works very very well. I'm member of a photographic club and have already recommended this flash.

An excellent product just as described especially with the radio remote control facility. Flash functions are very easy to use, provides good accurate exposures, all in all a very well made product of premium quality.

Got this flash a few months ago now and it is very good. Solidly made. Intuitive to use, more so than my 580ex2. Powerful, compact. Comes with a diffuser, tungsten filter, stand and a really decent case.

I have had this flash for four months now and found it to be very reliable and very much easier to set up than its predecessor, have used it a number of times now with faultless operation.
