This adaptor should be the standard adaptor for the EOSR to Canon EF lenses. The difference between this and the supplied adaptor is that you can program it to carry out a specific function. I use it to change the aperture setting of the lens and it make life a lot easier than changing the aperture from on the camera.

Not owning any RF lenses I found this to be good addition to the EOS R when using my EF lenses. The control ring adds an extra a reasonably convenient adjustment control using the R. It doesn't effect focus or any other features I'd like to have seen this rather than the basic adaptor included with the camera

The product is robust and excellent quality. I have read many reviews with the standard vs control ring and found that the control ring is value for money and cheaper on Amazon compared to high street prices and online. Buy with confidence

I bought this to add to my lenses as I am using a couple of older ones on my new camera. It represented good value against what I could buy in the shops and it is a genuine part and works fine.

This is great for controlling one of the camera adjustments, such as ISO independent of the camera and works a treat. It is more expensive than the basic unit, but well worth it in my view.

Having recently bought an EOS RP to replace a Rebel 3i that left me with a number of lenses to find a home for. The adaptor is the solution and I have to say that it works well.

I bought this over the regular version without the control ring. A lot of the reviews said that it was a bit unnecessary but I've found it invaluable for adjusting ISO quickly.

I assigned the aperture control to this which seems to work well in manual mode with both the Tamron 24 70 f2.8 G2 and the Canon 70 200 f2.8 ii.

great if you have any ef lenses also the adapter can be used for altering your iso settings

Works as expected. Still using it and I don't expect there are issues.
