Designed for 8+ year olds, this box has so many treats.2x AAA batteries required. These are for the 4 lights on the top of the central mirror. This is not a gimmick, they really do give enhancing light to the face. ALL MIRRORS HAVE A PROTECTIVE FILM ON THEM, just peel it off. The large mirrors have 2 stiff hinges each. They can be angled inwards and outwards. The central mirror slots in to the cream base. The base has a stiff pivot so the whole mirror can pivot from the upright backwards by approximately 30 degrees. The black tray slides in loosely to the cream coloured base. This is the weakest part of the appearance of the whole set for me.The base,

I was a little worried about the quality of this product when I initially picked it up by the handle and the handle strap snapped. It appears the plastic has atrophied. So I was worried the product might be old and all the lipsticks etc. Would be all dried out.I needn't have worried. All the lipsticks, powders and nail polish are all in perfectly good condition and work well.This is probably a perfect little girls make up kit. She will love it. It's got lots of mirrors and colours and things to try and will make her feel very grown up. As long as she's careful and doesn't spill anything then it should all be fine.

This is a really good starter set for a younger girl who is wanting to explore make-up and beauty products and who wants to try a bit of everything!...It comes with all the standard make-up bits and pieces. It also come with the multi directional mirror which gives it a feeling of 'professionalism' or of a real make-up counter.My daughter has really enjoyed messing around with this. She certainly doesn't yet hold any talents with applying make-up, but this set really does help her learn how to apply it effectively.The products within the set are not of the most amazing quality in the world, but they are perfectly good enough to mess about with and to learn how to apply make-up etc.Would

Fantastic product. I expected this to be small but it's huge. The product contains a three way mirror and lots of makeup products that would be the perfect way to start your little girl (or boy, if that's his thing) on the way to becoming a little glamourpuss.The products aren't hugely pigmented but great as a starting point. As well as eyeshadow she, it. Has lipstick, blushes, nail polish, and brushes - it is great fun to bring out when you have little girls over...this would be a great sleepover activity or brilliant as a Christmas present.I'm 36 and "I" was excited, you can only imagine how excited your kids will be! Highly recommend - good amount of items for the money.

This is a basically a miniature version of the sort of make up set up found in make up departments of shops,tv studios etc.Designed for 8 year olds and upwards it is fully equipped with most of the items needed to learn the various techniques required as a make up artist.Although the instruction booklet is excellent in it's content it is slightly annoying to read as each page is multi lingual and not separated into 6 sections for each language.The illuminated mirror requires 2 AAA batteries and these are not included in the box.An excellent educational toy!

I was initially surprised at how light the box was for this wonderful kids make up centre. It's mostly because the mirroright surrounds are plastic, but they still feel good quality.The set contains a surprisingly large number of different make up items, including several glosses, blush, brushes, lipstick, eye shadow, nail varnish, and more. Girls will have a great time experimenting with styles from the hints in the included book and it's useful in keeping them away from mums own makeup!A great set for Christmas for any young budding make up artist.

My daughter is delighted with this make-up set and - I must admit - I'm impressed with it too. It's more like a proper make-up set than a toy. The mirror, brushes and make-up are all of excellent quality and it even contains a guide to applying the make-up to create different looks. It has a some great colours and I'm tempted to try them out myself! Although it's expensive, it's great quality and would be ideal for a teenager.

An excellent gift for tween girls just starting out with make-upThe kit contains all the essentials to create a number of different looks as well as the instructions on correct application.The make-up and brushes are all high qualityand suitable for delicate skin.My only real gripe with the product is the packaging is very childish and doesn't compliment the quality of the kit in the slightest.

The professional make up set by Bulk France is lots of fun. It has kept my daughter entertained for hours. The quality of the make up and face mask is very good. All in all a very good product.

Another present to go with the buki styling head for my daughter's 6th birthday. Fantastic quality, daughter loves it. Just hope she doesn't do my makeup, like, ever! :)
