They are Brooks running shoes. Enough said :-) Seriously though, these are so comfortable. Recommended to me by Brooks themselves at the Loch Ness Marathon last year, I've bought exactly the same again as I love them. Really cushioned and fabulous to wear. I ran the marathon in them the day after I bought them (which I know I shouldn't have!) but they were brilliant. I've always loved Brooks, but these are definitely my favourites.

These trainers arrive very quickly. Usually a shoe size 3, but as trainers seem to come up small I decided to order the size 4. The left one feels great, the right foot trainer though feels slightly smaller. Decided not to return as Brooks are my favourite trainer and I can't get hold of the earlier Brooks Ghost that were my go to make. Due to osteoarthritis of the knee I can no longer run but wear my trainers when Nordic walking.
