I am size 9.5 UK by measurement but have wide feet and I am heavy on shoes - Im 6ft 3" and muscular and plod around off-road for 3-5 miles a day at 6mph so my shoes have to work hard !!. I chose the 2E Wide fitting in this shoe and put my finger in the air and went for a 10.5 UK (In New Balance Goretex trail 2E I need a size 11). Once on the shoe is really comfortable to run in and feels great on paths and tracks - there is perhaps less support than I am used to when off-road and off-tracks where there is more uneven surface I feel a little less stable than in previous shoes - but not worryingly. When I buy my next pair I will probably increase to a size 11 to make getting the shoe on slightly easier.

I have to say, that is the third pair of this model that I have, because I am very happy with them, since they are valid shoes, both for running on the street, and for walking on the street, with the advantage, that they have goretex . They are not like the trekkineras, which are made for the mountain, and the type of sole it has, the polishes right away. In addition, they are super comfortable and, they are very wide ahead, which is very important for me, when it comes to avoiding blisters and chafing in the foot. And they are not like the trekkineras, which do not stick with some clothes. These stick with everything.

The best running shoes.I can't compare it to other Brooks models, but I have tried other brands, such as New Balance 2 models (860v8 came close but not quite, too rigid) SOLLOMENSI (the worst), Adidas, ASICS.I run approx. 25-30 miles per week. 4 miles at a time. No long distance marathon because of my disability.Ghost is the most comfortable. I had 9,11,11 GTX (still using them). 12 GTX will be the next after 11 GTX is used up.

The Ghost GTX is a very good all-round training shoe and rightly a classic. It offers a lot of comfort and cushioning, but is not too heavy. Its outsole is also suitable for moderate off-road use. Thanks to the Goretex membrane, it is the tool of choice if you don't want your feet wet in rainy weather. In this combination there is nothing better on the market as far as I can see.

This is my second pair. There are not many running shoes for roads equipped with Gore-tex. Brooks has made a perfect combo here with a shoe that suits both running and walking in wet conditions. Before these Brooks Ghost 12 GTX I had a pair of Brooks Ghost 10 GTX and they were just as good.

Look Brooks trainers and this is my first pair or Brooks Ghost and look them. They are very comfortable and sturdy and my feet dont hurt even after a long run..

I didn’t realise how worn out my old ghosts were until I ran in my new pair. The shoes are light and comfy, fit my orthotics and make running so much easier

These running shoes are comfortable and water-proof and, most importantly, they fit. The price is reasonable. The delivery was efficient and fast.

Great running shoes with Goretex. It is hard to get a running shoe with great cushioning and Goretex. I really recommend them.
