Brita filters are great, especially in hard water areas and having been a fan of the filter jugs, but needing to replace mine I sought a smaller solution. I found this On-tap system in France and brought one across to the UK. It fits perfectly and does not Leak (as mentioned in a previous review) if screwed up properly. The short thread is sealed of with a sensible rubber seal that can be replaced if required to for about 10p (far to often people over tighten threads with rubber seals and surprise surprise the seal is damaged and does not work).The cartridge itself does seem a little pricey but using it more often than a jug filter, mine lasted me about 4 months: so I would suggest it is possibly cheaper than the jug varient.

This is probably the most convenient Brita package that you can find in the market. I don't like to buy every 3 months one new filter because we do not use 1200 liters of filtered tap water in 3 months so we usually change it later than advised. The on-tap cartridges of course have a bigger life cycle than the normal filters and they have a satisfactory flow (almost 2 liters per minute). I recommend this product for all those who don't want to remember exactly when they have to change their filter. Change it when you want, you always have one new aside!

An eco alternative to buying heavy plastic bottles of water.The tap runs normally for general use then you swivel the appliance if the water is required filtered.It flashes green then yellow if it needs changing soon.Finally flashes red when it needs changing.

Easy to understand how to change filter and fasten to the tap-part of the Brita On Tap system you already have. Only drawback is that it sometimes require a stronger grip than I have to open the filter holder, but admittedly I do have a weak grip at times.

Love the brita filter system on my tap. As with most places here in UK there is a lot of chalk in the water here in Kent and the filters mark a notiable difference in taste and compares to my built in water filtration system.

Love this, filter water from the tap that doesn't require installation. It does a very good job at filtering and I don't have to wait for the jug to be ready.

have used these for about seven years, a good alternative to under sink filters, taste, smell of chlorine etc. completely removed
