We had this same (but older) model in our 24x7office. Our group liked it for our purpose of making coffee and keeping it warm every day, all day. After 5 years of use, the hot plates weren't as hot as they were when new. So, when we went to buy a replacement, it was a no-brainer to buy the same one. Now we have the carafes from the old one and the new one. Considering the very frequent and constant use, we found the five-year life span of the hot plates acceptable.

We ordered this for our new meeting room back in July. It has performed excellently in this commercial setting - the coffee brews very quickly so if you have forgotten to do it in advance, it only takes a couple of minutes at most. The jugs hold a sizeable quantity so there's no having to redo it all the time and, most importantly, it is very easy to clean - the filter holder simply unclips and can be rinsed out under the tap. An excellent buy.

Purchased this machine from Garraways. Item did not arrive as expected. However, when I contacted the seller they dispatched a replacement machine at no cost. Great service from Garraways. As for the coffee machine, we have used it in out office for the last week (as a replacement for a Nespresso business contract machine). Simple to use and makes great coffee. Really pleased with it. Considering something similar for home now...

I use my in home...as my hands are full of arthritis I was struggling with the twist lid coffee pots.. This machine is excellent... I bought the one with the extra pot.. glad I did ..as when i make a pot it is gone straight away ...by the time everyone has theirs I have another pot all ready to go.... So easy to use..so easy to clean... Love it Love it Love it....Go on, if your looking and reading ,,,BUY It,,,,

We bought this for our office - we need coffee brewed through quick and plenty of it so a double jug facility is brilliant. The bonus with this machine is that the coffee stays at the right temperature no matter how long it has been on - the result is wonderful fresh tasting coffee.

If you drink a lot of coffee and like good full-flavour filter coffee then this is ideal, it brews 1.5L in 5mins and will keep two 1.5L jugs (supplied) hot for hours. Very easy clean, no fiddly parts to remove and goes for 1000L before a descale is needed (in our hard water area)

Just right for our church coffee hour: easy to use, easy to clean, makes the coffee quickly and keeps it hot. If you're serving coffee in mugs to a big congregation, though, you might want to get a third jug to help keep up with demand.

this is brilliant so far - we needed one for the church after ours broke down. the ladies were always baffled with the old one but this is so simple anyone could use it. i'm looking forward to my first caffiene shot next sunday noight

Bought it for the office, where we go through quite a bit of coffee. Brews coffee fast, no other frills. Solid built, should last for a while. Another good point is that the filters are very cheap, so over time, you save a fortune.

Excellent quality product producing an excellent quality. Filter coffee. Well packed and easily set up. Would recommend for use in all small catering environments

Good high quality coffee machine which will last a long time. I think your better off with one of this coffee machine that make decent cup of coffee.

This was bought for a small village hall for use at coffee mornings and meetings. It works well and everyone is pleased with it. It's easy to use.

For use in the workplace, the additional cost of this coffee maker over consumer models is well worth it. I wish I'd bought one years ago.

Very good machine,easily operated and copes well with demand for a good amount of coffee quickly.quite robust too.

Excellent machine......we use on a Sunday to cater for about 20 people and find it does the job really well.
