I wasn't sure weather to go for the more expensive Braun ear thermometer as it had many good reviews and this particular cheaper model did not. However, I am glad to say I bit the bullet and went for the cheaper option, as I figured for the same make this one must be as good as the other. Easy to use, even on the smallest of ears, quick and non intrusive so baby doesn't wake up! just as good on grown ups. Can't recommend it enough! And I find you can just wipe clean the ear cover afterwards and reuse it again saves constantly having to replace them.

Compact & very easy to use in the ear.Instructions clear + understandable.Accuracy comment is based on my use during mild stomach upset when I felt too warm& used the device (fearing the virus being honest!). Sure enough body temp was shown to have increased by 1c over my normal (which is within range).Rechecked following day & back to normal

I bought this for use when the grandchildren stay or visit, as with young children when they say they feel unwell the first stop is a thermometer. This is easy to use and dosen't need to be put in the mouth.
