This is a really helpful product. Having our first newborn this was something we were told to look for, a thermometer and room thermometer. This is great product that has both of those features in one saving you money. It has an easy to use thermometer feature which gives you an accurate read out, as its from the ear, and the tip also glows a colour depending if the temperature is good or not. The light feature is great at night as the LCD display isn't back lit and you cant see it without the lights on.The room temperature feature is great and is on when the device enters a 'standby' mode, as in when it hasn't been used in a few minutes.

From reading other reviews I was expecting this to be a little tricky to use to begin with, but it really isn't. Read the instructions then do as they say and it works fine.Also the battery is still full on mine and the 'lo' message discussed in another review refers to the temperature reading being too low for the mode - for example, if you have it set to measure ear temp then point it at the room.I have used it for my 10 month old baby and it has been really useful, but I agree that wriggly babies do not make it terribly easy to take readings.. . not the product's fault though!Would buy again, especially for the price.

How I wish I'd bought this sooner. It is just fab. The instructions are a little confusing on first read but once you've got it it's super easy. It's palm sized so easy to hold and not big and scary coming towards babies ear. You can do an ear reading or a temple reading. It has silent mode (heaven sent) and it even gives a colour reading to make it super simple in the dark. I even Used it tonight to check the little mans bath temperature and it was spot on.So far it's the best baby related money I've spent. I wish we'd have had this from day one rather than a digital armpit thermometer recommended by our midwife.

I purchased this one as the reviews across the web are great! The price is also in that range of not to cheap that u questions its standard although not to expensive that you feel ur being ripped of. All the various settings were quite easy for me to use! It's an all in one for my baby I also love the fever alert option as a first time mum those lil extras help you feel more secure! It's a great product! I can check the bath water, his temp and the room temp!

Really pleased with this thermometer. What I loved about this one was not only could I take his temperature from temple I could double check it by using the ear probe which was small enough for newborn ears. Great LED warning light which glows red when there is a fever. Compact and easy to use. One snag.. The screen could do with a light so you can see what the reading is in the dark other than that it's what every parent needs!

This has been brought ready for baby... After reading the reviews we thought this would be a good purchase. We will have to wait and see how it works though, sorry.The size and design is really good, it is nice a small and looks so easy to use. I think for a baby this is a great idea as you can easily put it in a bag, changing bag, pocket, coat to take away with you.

This has been invaluable for keeping an eye on room temperature during the heatwave with our new baby. And so easy to take babies temperature with the non-invasive thermometer that glows red or green. This method is not quite as accurate but if you do have any reason to worry then you can use the more accurate ear thermometer. A good bit of kit for the price.

Amazing little thermometer. So easy to use. I use the non invasive temple reading lots and LO doesn't even know any different. Also doesn't take long for a reading and is accurate as I used it when I had a fever and on came the red light and GP confirmed it so I know it works :)Very neat little device with nice stand so it doesn't get misplaced.

Nice small thermometer with a stand which is very useful. Good quality and have used it several times so far and it was acurate, but it is very important to follow the instructuons for the different modes. And I use it as a room thermometer as well which seems to be accurate. It could have more buttons for easier swich. Overall it is a good buy.

I was looking for a thermometer that also measures room temperature. This is a great product that has both of those features in one, also saving you money. Has an easy to use thermometer feature which gives you an accurate read plus the tip also glows a colour depending if the temperature is good or not. Excellent product for Excellent price!

A perfect gadget for new parents. It’s accurate and works well when used at a slight distance or in direct contact with baby’s ear. Gives great reassurance to ensure that we know if the baby is too hot or too cold. It fits comfortably in the palm of the hand and charges efficiently in a short time.A must buy for your new baby.

I'd love another button, so the UI would be a bit more intiuitive. Otherwise it's lovely.It won't measure surface temperature above 70-80 degrees, so don't try to use it for checking the oil temperature when deep-frying. But if you stick with the intended usage, it's brilliant. :)

Brought this to replace our "manual" thermometer that we used. This is so easy to use and is brilliant having the feature where it lights up green for normal temperatures and red to show a fever is present. Reads very quickly so doesn't cause too much disruption to our little one.

This product is quite simply fantastic! What other thermometer out there can measure ear, temple, room, food and water accurately??? Just perfect and great value. Buy it! We had a home birth and came in very handy when their thermometers wouldn't work, they were happy to use it.

Always at the time to take my daughter temperature it was a big problem, I was using the old fashioned thermometer and she never stay still but since I have the nuk thermometer is not a problem any more, I love it it takes only 2 seconds to take the temperature from the ear.
