Lots of negative reviews about the accuracyI personally think it’s good , it gives a good indication, I tried and compared with different ones and seem reasonably accurate with small -/+ tolerance each time but got generally similar readings unless your super pedantic. If you are don’t buy and go to hospital to get professionals help (and for yourself too)remember if you do get different readings make sure the setting is right ,age and the Celsius and Fahrenheit switch is correctly positioned

Firstly I bought on the offer at around £36 and thought it was a very pricey but had a toddler with a temp over 39 degrees and was struggling to get the toddler to allow the armpit thermometer to stay to get the readings.The forehead thermometer is very good, and does what it says, however the light that shines causes my toddler to move away and fight alot so even a 2second scanner isn't quick enough!! However once they are asleep you are able to keep track of temperatures without waking them

The thermometer I should have bought in the first place. After going through the nightmare of different types of thermometers to both kid and bath, I probably threw out more money than buying this product. This thermometer is reliable and gives accurate feedback of my second childs temeparture in seconds, without causing hurting armpit or ear with this. Moreover, it measures:- bathwater- food- and even my wines serving temperature! Excellent!

This is the second type of thermometer I have purchased for my young baby after the first one was giving me inaccurate readings. This no touch thermometer is very simple to use and gives a very quick and accurate result. It also records not only body temperatures but also food and liquid temperatures.I would definitely recommend this product.

After having had 2 different ‘in ear’ thermometers where readings were never consistent I am delighted to have bought this.Easy to use, has a silent mode so does not wake child if they are asleep and is age adjustable which makes it even more accurate. Would highly recommend!

Bought for when our young grandchildren visit. Very easy to use. Thermometer doesn't have to touch forehead. As long as it is within 2cm it will give an accurate reading. Can also be used for checking food temperature and bath water. Quick and accurate.

Its an amazing product we can measure temperature without disturbing the baby or adult. Moreover it’s quite useful in cooking baby food and other kitchen related activities where temperature plays an important role. Highly recommend this product

Great little device,in current climate - Covid 19- it's a must have.very useful for measuring food and drinks temperature as well.the only downside is price as not very cheap. As to Argos service - as usual great ,no problems. Thanks

Wanted to get one just for peace of mind at the moment, but it's super easy to use - the kids actually ask to take each others temperatures every day now! Simple to set up and use

Works as described. Easy to use. Small enough to carry around in handbag. Has age precision so useful for all ages and accurate too. A must have now during the pandemic.
