I was so excited to try this, I have a Braun in ear thermometer which I've had for about 8 years, I usually go through two or three boxes of ear coverings per winter so quite costly. I've been looking at purchasing a new thermometer so this came at the perfect time.Firstly, it was extremely easy to set up, add the plastic covering onto the thermometer, the instructions on how to use it was extremely easy and simple. It gives you a traffic light system, red, amber and green to let you know if your temp is too low, normal or high.You turn the thermometer on, there's a little red laser that you shine in between the middle of your forehead, just above your eyes (between the eyebrows) and press the button.

This has had such a lot of use as we are going through the Covid 19 Pandemic. I have a daughter who is very high risk, even though she is isolated I feel safer us knowing what are temperatures are on a daily basis. This is so very easy to use and the good thing is you do not have to touch skin to get a reading.You just hold the thermometer about 5cm away from the forehead and you can see the reading on the digital face 2 seconds later. It does beep when you have taken your temperature but it does have a silent mode, ideal to use on someone that is sleeping.The readings are in Celsius and Fahrenheit.

So easy to use. I tested it against my old traditional Glass thermometer and it is consistently accurate, so I can fully trust it.. I just point it to my baby's forehead and take her temperature in seconds. Then was able to take her temperature again while she slept without bothering her at all. Due to the ultra sensitive sensor there is no need of any contact to the skin. Love that the temperature is shown in 3 different colours for more attention.The quality of this thermometer is so good. I really love this thermometer, no touch reading has been very accurate. My young daughter is forever crying when it’s time for her to get her temperature checked, but since using this she is more than happy to sit for a minute and allow me to check it. The display is bright and can be read in all lights including the dark.Easy read results makes it great for her dad to check and know it’s it’s high or not also when I am at work. We received this product to test out and couldn't of come at a better time. Our 22 month old is teething very badly and at times has had a bit of a raised temperature and with the no touch temp checker it makes the whole exp a lot easier. It eliminates the need to keep a thermometer under arm pit or thoung. A quick zap of the forehead and jobs done. I have recommend this to a couple of my friends that have found kids the same age ad ours [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Needed to replace a very inaccurate ear thermometer while our toddler was sick. Braun No Touch Plus is quick and easy to use once we practiced with it a bit. Very easy to use at night with light up display- easy to read. Make sure you read the instructions to get the most accurate readings. We compared readings alongside digital stick thermometer readings on first day of use to make sure Braun was in line. We used it a lot over the course of 5 days and are quite happy with this purchase.

I bought that thermometer after I had two different but unfortunately they always showed different temperature at the same time. I decided to spend more money and I'm so happy now. It's easy to use , and you don't have to touch to the forehead . Silent mode is perfect for the night . Temperature is very accurate and always shows the same . I very happy as my daughter is not disturbed in the night and I have accurate readings. Would te commend to all mums as its really worth the price.

I bought & collected this at 7.40pm one night when my daughter was ill & had a high temperature & was going to bed feeling poorly with a temperature I was not happy with. This thermometer meant I could take her temperature while she slept without waking her (there is a silent mode where it doesn't beep). It remembers a number of past recordings to track temperature too. Great product, & great being able to buy it at Argos on a retail park in the evening when I needed it!

I bought this because my son has to have regular temperature checks, since he was born extremely early at 23+6 weeks gestation, when it came to taking his temperature I hated to wake him up, so I saw the hospital have a digital one and went onto look for one, I came across this one and wow I couldn't be more happy with it.My son had a fever after his 3rd set of immunisations and was getting very hot so this allowed me to get a reading without making him feel worse.

Really easy to use, love the fact it's no-touch - so not intrusive for little ones - and also has a colour indicator to show if the temp taken is normal. It also doesn't require replacement caps (like ear thermometers), so it's cost-efficient in the long run. It retails for more than what we would have liked to spend, but we benefited from an Emma's Diary Argos discount voucher as well as the Christmas sales which brought the price down.

This is the best thermometer I have ever bought. It is easy to use, hygienic and accurate. I used to use an ear thermometer to check my son’s temperature but as he often had ear infection, it caused him pain and discomfort to use it. This new one is perfect as I don’t even have to touch him with it. Just point to the fore head for a second and it’s done. I highly recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I actually love this thermometer. When we had our four year old, we relied on a silly one, that never worked right, that we got with a nail cutting set or disposable ones. They never worked, and we never could get the right record. This is a game changer, easy and quick to use, we dont even need to wake him up, and with another baby on the way, I'm set!10/10! Very handy and so very easy to use this thermometer it's the best I have used.It's so precise and I get to take the temperature so fast and easy,whithout no fuss.I can use it even on silent mode if I need too.It's great to take it whit me even when I travel so now has become my favourite.Love the features and the easiness of use!Definetily a 5 star rate. Bought this as my 5 year old son was very poorly and I needed to keep his temp down.. this was with every penny as it can be used so easy whilst my son was sleeping.I highly recommend to anyone with children.. best thermometer I have ever purchased. Very expensive but worth paying the extra for our e of mind.. no need for prodding in the child's ears anymore. My son loved it and even tried on his teddies haha

Bought this on offer and cannot recommend it enough! My daughter suffers with seizures if her temperature gets too high and with this thermometer, i could 'zap' her in the night every minute (if needed) without waking her to ensure she was safe. Plus when she is awake, the colours (red, amber and green) help her and my son to understand whether they are getting better or not.
