I am reviewing the Bourjois Little Round Pot Nude Edition Eyeshadow, Ingenude 01Here are my thoughts:^^ This is from Bourjois Little Round Pot Nude range and I must say that this colour, Ingenude 01, is indeed a lovely nude pale beige/hint of pink colour as the name suggests. Very subtle when applied dry, but can be used in different ways for more impact for example by applying it wet.^^ This range also blends very easily so can be used to highlight or as a base, too.^^ It's a cream to powder so it it's easy to apply and also looks good when its settles down.^^ Comes in an attractive little round pot, which opens with a push of a metal button and clicks shut nice and securely,so great for popping into a bag to take to work or on a night out.^^ The pot also resembles the shade within, and I like that with Bourjois products.^^ What I also love about this is the pot also includes a mirror.^^ This range comes in matt, satin and glitter.^^Overall:Upon application this colour lasts a long while, and I find the best way to help with this is to use eye make-up brushes. No powder underneath, just a good eyelid clean to remove all signs of oil before you begin application. For more impact apply with a wet brush. Love this colour and new range!Disclosure:I was supplied a free or discounted sample for test and evaluation purposes in return for my honest and unbiased opinion. It is my hope that my views, whether positive or negative, will help other potential buyers make up their own minds. [...]

My first reaction to this eyeshadow was wow. The packaging is very appealing (its colour mimicking the shade of eyeshadow it contains), the lid can be popped open easily when pressing the small silver button on its side, and the lid closes firmly and is secured with teeny tiny magnets. The eyeshadow has a luxurious look to it; the colour is very deep and creamy looking. The colour itself is a metallic browny-grey (or greyish-brown) which I think would suit a lot of complexions and eye colours. I was worried that this colour may be too bold for everyday use with my very fair complexion and blue eyes; however it applies very lightly and is very blend-able using either a brush, applicator or fingertips. The first dry application was so subtle that I ended up applying 3 coats for the shade I wanted; which was still fairly light but with a noticeable shimmer to it.The wet look is far more dramatic and gives a deep colour with only one application. I have also found myself using it as wet eyeliner when I want a bold non-black colour. Longevity is advertised as 12 hours, but I didn’t achieve this with either dry or wet application; although the wet application does hold better.I like the fact this eyeshadow has a small mirror fitted inside the top lid (handy for a quick check or fresh coat), but it would have worked better if it was a magnifying glass. The colour is great and application is easy and versatile; enabling you to achieve a number of looks from barely there to smouldering sex kitten.

Bourjois Little Round Pot Nude Edition Generose 02 made by Coty is a great little pot of eye shadow which blends into a cream when applied with the added advantage this is a great base for other eyeshadows or for a simple plain look. The one main reason I like this eyeshadow is how it has a lovely sheen to it. I have been using this brand of eyeshadow for years and this is new and improved from the older editions. I love this one as it blends so much easier and it truly is a delight to use.Another main reason I love this little pot is the little mirror which is the perfect size for applying eye makeup plus with the magnification I am able to see each stroke of eyeshadow I apply therefore makingit is so easier to notice any mistakes.I love this little pot of joy and I know I will be purchasing this in the future as it is the type of eyeshadow which does not restrict to any age limit.I also like how the makers have developed an excellent product with great pigmentation which allows you to apply it thickly or for a more discreet look, it really is up to the user.

I love this, I've not used these Little Round Pots before but I'm impressed. The little pot contains a single eyeshadow, slightly domed in shape and about an inch in diameter - so quite a bit of eyeshadow to use. The mirror inside the pot gives a really crisp and slightly magnified reflection. This has a real quality feel and look, it has a nice weight to it and the magnetic closure closes with a satisfying snap.Generose is a beautiful shade for summer, light, pink and shimmery. It applies easily, blends well and doesn't accumulate in skin creases. If you apply it dry, it's quite a subtle shimmer, which you can gradually build up. If you apply it wet,you get the same shade but a more intense colour. This is just the right size to slip inside your handbag, though if you don't like applying shadow using your fingertips you'll also have to carry a brush / applicator as there isn't one in the pot. (That's the only negative).Overall, I love this. Beautiful shade that applies well. I'll definitely be checking out other shades in the collection.

I've always loved the little eyeshadow pots from Bourjois and this new range is a creamy shadow that produces a really great pigmented colour that you can build up from a light 'nude' effect to a much heavier smokier effect. Easy to blend with other shades it spreads well and stays put without collection into creases. The pot has a mirror in the lid but no applicator and I've never understood why only some Bourjois ranges include applicators send some do not.Admittedly you get better control with a long-handled applicator but it's handy to have the little ones provided particularly when you want to slip these in an overnight bag or to apply at work.Anyway, love the colour, love the ease with which you can work it,and love its longevity

I'll always love Bourjois, for what is essentially a pharmacy brand it's lovely quality. These little pots at compact but have a really good amount of product, a magnetic lock and a small mirror in the top, the eye-shadow has good pigment and isn't as dry as other eye-shadows.The color I received was Generose which is a little too light to really show up on my skin - being as I'm very pale to the point of translucent - but what I really liked about this color was that it worked absolutely fantastically as a highlighter. My normal makeup rule is to only use matte eye-shadow, but honestly this looked so incredible as a highlighter on my cheek bones and brow bone that I'd look to buy thisagain.

In an attractive little pot this Bourjois nude edition eyeshadow [Utaupique] is a lovely taupe with a hint of purple and gives a great smoky tone that is not too strong for daytime use but can be used as a great base for an evening look. The pot has a little metal magnet open/close that keeps it secure in your bag and a small mirror for handy touch up through the day. The texture is slightly creamy and is easily applied by finger or brush. After application it would last well for most evenings out. At a good price for a quality product I would happily buy more as there is a good range of subtle colours including those that could be used for cheekbones/highlighting usage.

Bourjois have created a little gem in this pot of gold, I love the textured, glittery pad of colour. The tiny mirror is thoughtful too, it helpfully adds to the usefulness of this eye shadow.Popped into a handbag, make up purse or on the bathroom shelf, this gold glitter shadow is a joy to apply, no creasing or wrinkling, just flattering lightness above the eye - almost nude, definitely better than... I was also lucky enough to try the mink colour which was just as lovely. After wearing it for a whole day, it had not disappeared or made any lines. You can apply this wet or dry.A lovely little make up item that I am very pleased to own

Really nice the way you can build up the colour, it is a great shade of a mix between brown and grey which usually i would have to mix myself. It is not that sparkly but quite matte and for me exactly what I was looking for. I did not give it 5 star because I found it had faded by afternoon time, but creates a great highlight on hazel/green eyes, really the perfect colour for everyday wear. If I used a different brush I think it would stick better. Also love the fact that it comes with a mirror so super easy to reapply when needed. For me it is exactly the colour I was looking for, which is not an easy colour to find.

This review is for the NUDE shade: A nice powder shadow in a very neutral colour. This is perfect if you prefer a very natural look or if you want a base to blend/build. It could be used as a highlighter for your brow or cheek too as it has a nice shimmer to it and the colour is perfect for that. There's a mirror in the lid which is super handy if applying on the go, and the packaging itself is cute and a nice addition to any make up box. It's got a little clasp for closing which will keep it secure if carrying in a bag, limiting the potential for it to crack and leak.

Really nice pot, has a mirror in the lid (always useful!) and the colour (noctam brune 98 in this case) is really pigmented. This is a darkish brown that goes on well, it feels really soft and silky and spreads well. It lasts well and the pot should last longer than you need it too (if you are anything like me and fall out with eyeshadows way before they run out!)The only thing the pot is missing is a little applicator (i have some small bourjois pots that include a small curved applicator in the pot so i know its possible).

This eyeshadow comes in a very small but adorable compact. It has a clasp to keep it closed and a very handy, very clear mirror in the lid. However, it doesn't come boxed or sealed in any way which felt a bit unhygienic to me.I tried the ingenude shade which is a light golden cream colour with a slight shimmer. It goes on softly and smoothly and creates an even, luminous effect. It lasts a good amount of time and can withstand a little light rubbing. Overall it's a nice neutral shadow with a little bit of sparkle!

These little pots are fantastic - I have had them before and they last for ages. I tried 'ingenude', which is a pure cream colour - excellent for making you look like you've had a great night's sleep, even after a big night out.Lovely texture - very fine powder that builds to give good coverage, without looking creased. I'm quite sensitive to makeup, but this brand never irritates my skin. Apply with a brush for the perfect finish. A really good highlighter and a great price.

Such an attractive pot. I love the design. Good styling, the button to open and there is a mirror in the lid. The pot colour does not quite match the shadow colour, which is a metalic brown-grey. Desribes as a glitter, but it would be much better to describe it as being high shimmer, as it gives a more attractive even shine than you might expect from a glitter eyeshadow. The shadow is cream, which can be applied wet or dry.Overall, this is a quality, good value product.

I used to buy Bourjois little pots (usually the blushers) back in the 90s, but I thought that the packaging was slightly deeper and that they contained an applicator sponge? Hey ho. I liked the mirrored lid though, which is perfect for on the go touch ups. The colour was subtle, not too shimmery and highlighted my whole socket/brow area under my lenses to correct myopia. The only reason it loses a star is the expense - you're only paying for a single eyeshadow after all.
