I got this product two times! Yes two different order. I tried to charge it, and it doesn’t work. I tried to do the factory reset, too, which also hasn’t worked. It is like a brick. I wouldn’t recommend it.Thanks to Amazon I got my full refund. The speaker goes directly to electronic recycle..!

Unfortunately we’ve had to return this product. We have the bigger version which works perfectly, but we got this one, tried to charge it, and it doesn’t work. We have tried to do the factory reset, too, which also hasn’t worked. I wouldn’t recommend, though the regular Boom Swimmer is great.

Didn’t even turn on after charging for 24 hours. They used to be really good, but the most recent model is terrible.
