Yes - I love Google. I have an Android phone and Google just syncs everything from the phone to the Home Hub and vice versa. My Google Play Music account allows me to play anything on the Home Hub by just using my voice. I can add items to my shopping list using my voice on my Home Hub whilst they're still in my head so I don't forget then I can access them on my phone when I'm out and about. You get so used to asking the Google Home anything and getting an intelligent response. And while it is sat there doing nothing it's showing me my Google Photos, time and weather. Remember to do something whilst sat watching tv? Just tell Google and it'll remind you either on the Home Hub or your phone.

After having a google nest hub for more then an year it was time to upgrade to the max.Pros:- this has a much bigger and that is very much noticeable.- the camera, that also serves as a security camera when you are not at home.Cons:- Even with the bigger screen it isn't very well taken advantage of with a lot of "free" space.- The camera doesn't allow a very effective switch of the "home mode", having to be done manually.- Also the size of the speaker makes this a "tall" speaker, unlike the 7pol which has the exact size to have the screen close to the stand.So for me to ear music and as a digital frame it's good but for many other cases the 7 is better.

Superb bit of kit, It's great for information, music and much more, I can ask it to add things to my shopping list which also appears on my phone, so when I'm in the kitchen where I have it based and the place where you usually find you need to add to the shopping it's there for me, great.It lets me know what's in my diary/schedule for the day or next day or week, you can also ask it to add things to your calendar which also shows up on my phone.It's also handy for setting timers alarms and giving you recipes (not that I'm much good at that)You need to have one to experience it for yourself, it's a joy to have, well I think so anyway.

I ordered this at around 4:30pm on the 23rd December and it came on the 24th December (Xmas eve) early morning at around 8:30am. I didn’t pay extra for delivery or anything I just got it sent straight to my local post office, definitely the fasted delivery I’ve had! The product itself is amazing, very simple to set up compared to the Alexa. I currently have an Alexa Sonos but decided to get the google home hub as I use YouTube music and Alexa doesn’t link to that. My only criticism is that there seems to be limited games when compared to the Alexa but the voice recognition is great - I’m Scottish and it understands me very well.

If your like me and into tech, 'google" and "smart systems" then this is almost perfect for you.When it's not interacting, it shows my photo albums which otherwise go unseen in the cloud. It's displays my calendar, the weather, time & date. I can control or see the status of smart( dumb) tech in my home, lights, doors etc. I can play my music, make calls, watch you tube videos and obviously ask Google questions about almost anything.For me it works. I would have like a camera for video calling and they could have added a switch to turn it on or off like they have with the mic; hence 4 stars.

Really pleased with the google home hub, plays me music when I get up and great for recipes very helpful the way it reads the recipe out bit by bit I was not expecting that.The reason I bought it was I was going to buy the Samsung American fridge freezer with the tablet built into the door but after looking what the tablet in the door was capable of doing i was shocked to find the google home hub was capable of doing more and faster too so this saved me nearly £1800 by not having to buy the Samsung fridge freezer.

Bought the Google Nest with a present voucher, I wouldn’t have thought to get something like this as we all have phone that can do the same but I love it. I have saved recipes to my cookbook on the hub, play music from my cd collection and get news and traffic updates when I ask. Not to mention alarm settings and reminders all set with a voice command. So easy and well used. Would definitely recommend for any age. My elderly parents have just ordered one to help them remember appointments etc...

We already had Google Home Mini speakers before we got the Home Hub, so we were used to the Google 'environment '. The screen is really good with no pixelation. The sound quality is ok, but don't expect Sonos quality levels. Response to voice is great in most circumstances. It's the simplicity where the Hub excels - connect via the Google Home app (not so good) and it can be used within a few minutes for weather, traffic, YouTube, Now TV, timers, recipes, music, radio, etc, etc. I want another!

Being a Google user, having the Nest & Smoke/CO2 detector, this was the next google item I wanted.I have an Alexa, and while that was ok it failed in a lot of places where the Google Home Hub picks up. It answers quickly, streams your own photo's, streams videos, and you can control multiple google products from the same place.I would definitely recommend this to a friend, with or without any other google products. Small, out of the way, but you know its there.ps. The sound is good too

I'm a Google fanatic, well into their ecosystem. I'm a prolific user of Google Home, and have many smart outlets, lites and devices that I use with voice commands.I got a Google Home when they were released, then some Minis when they came out, and the Google Hub was a natural progression.I have it in my kitchen where the Google Home was, having moved the Home into my Living Room. It is all of Google Home but better because of the screen. It's very intuitive to use, and I'd not be without it.

Bought this for my son & he loves it. Its really easy to set up and use and looks the part as well. Glad we chose this instead of the nest as having the colour screen display is great as a photo frame once you sync it to your Google photos and also for playing YouTube videos. The sound is quite good too whether you ask it to tune to a radio station or play music from your Spotify account. Having also used Alexa previously I think I prefer this but longterm who knows as the novelty may wear off.

I've had this product for a couple of weeks now and got it because I wanted to upgrade from Amazon Alexa. It has replaced my alarm clock and works brilliantly with my Philips hue lights even giving me recommend colours to make the light. The sound is loud and it can hear you quite clearly whilst music is playing. My only grudge is that the bezels could be smaller and that a usb port could be added to allow you to charge your phone at night. But this is a great product and I recommend it to all.

I have found the Google hub to be a good purchase with its nice simplistic design that will fit In to most rooms and it's ability to understand my voice commands and awnser most questions I throw at it. Having said that adding additional smart bulbs after linking a account (hive for example) can be frustrating. The sound is ok for the size, for radio or cooking instructions. I have found it usefull to have the display for various tasks such as maps,videos and step by step cooking instructions.

Brilliant technology. The responsiveness is better than the speaker only solution and the screen is really useful. Very easy to use. Just speak. I walked into Argos and picked one up in two minutes, setting it up quickly at home. Google have an online customer service chat system to talk to an expert, should you have configuration difficulties. Much better than Alexa devices, not least because voices are better. You can configure with either an Android phone or an iPhone, so it's very flexible.

Picked this up after a colleague mentioned it was on sale. Grabbed one to use as a bedside alarm clock and get away from using my phone for it meaning I didn’t end up using my phone in bed and got back to reading! Sound quality isn’t as good as the bigger google/nest home as it lacks base but all these smaller speakers do. Beyond that it’s a great device for streaming various media services but like all the devices of this size it lacks a little in the base department. I’d recommend it though!
