Kitsound BoomBar+ Portable Bluetooth Speaker - BlueThe Boombar+ packs quite the sound while maintaining a small and compact design. Overall I would highly recommend for an ultra portable solid Bluetooth speaker. The sound quality was spot on and held its own in larger rooms, and value for your money 5*!Great product from Kitsound all around, the presentation while still in the box makes this a great gift! Straight out of the box, I only had it on charge for about an hour, and it was ready to go. Pairing with an iPhone 6 with iOS 10 was one of the easiest I have ever paired.The handle attached on the side of the Boombar+ is quite useful when your hands are full, and the build in stand really makes it a great product.

Overall, I was very pleased with this device. It comes with a nice protective case and all the necessary cables, this is a very nice touch considering the price. The sound quality isn't great but this is primarily because of the 2w speakers. It's possible to improve the audio quality by standing the speaker upright on a wooden surface. This seems to help the sound resonate and deepens the bass tones somewhat. The speakers aren't very loud, but that is to be expected for the price.The ideal usage case for these would be if you had a Bluetooth compatible HDMI video streaming device, such as an Amazon Fire TV, connected to a HDMI monitor without any speakers. You could then use the BoomBar to provide audio from the device.

I'm very satisfied.This is my first speaker, so I cannot attest to the sound quality, but it plays the sound without background noise. The windows phone Nokia Lumia 630 connected via bluetooth and worked with the Boombar without trouble.The volume buttons change track instead of sound. This could be due to windows phone feature or my lack of understanding of the device.The second time I tried it with a laptop running Windows 8.1, it recognized Boombar as headphone and there was a serious drop in sound quality. When connected immediately to the phone it became apparent that the sound distortion must come from the driver on windows machine,

Well I was very surprised with this speaker after I had used it for a while. It's a fantastic speaker and produces really good quality sound with a good amount of bass for a speaker this small and cheap, with a suitable amount of volume before the sound gets distorted and is quite loud. The battery seems very reliable and lasts a long time. It is also like a Nokia battery, so I would think it is easy to get replacements. I love the carry case that comes with it which helps to keep it altogether when you are travelling and helps protect the speaker. It's very easy to sync with your phone, it can sometimes be a little fiddly to pair it up, but once it's paired it pairs straight away which is good.

Recently purchased this product from Amazon and have nothing but praise for this excellent device, first off the sound is very impressive- particularly for such a small device. Audio is very crisp and clear sounding and delivers everything that is included in the write up. The Bluetooth connectivity Is simple and very effective, it only takes seconds to connect to the device. The battery is excellent, delivering around 10 hours of music before it needs to be recharged. The case that comes with it is particulary handy, especially if you plan on taking the device camping or to music festivalsCan't recommend this product enough, when I ordered it, it was just over £20, an absolute steel.

I've had this for about a week now and I have been using it everyday.ProsThe sound quality and the build design is spectacular! The case it comes with is very high quality too. When I connected via bluetooth on my iPhone, I noticed that it shows a battery for the speaker on the top right corner which was a very nice touch.Cons,The aux cable looks and feels cheap and is very short.The sound is not that loud, even on max on my phone and on max on the speaker. - Don't get me wrong it's loud but the speaker looked like it would go much louder.OverallGreat design, great features - everything is very high quality and the sound is spectacular. However its not as loud as you think.

(Came super quick!!) I love this soooo much. Connects easily to my phone. Sounds pretty good to me, but I'm no sound connoisseur. Comes smartly packaged with a nice hard carry case. Separately packaged usb to mini usb for easy charging and an aux cable too! Product feels of high quality and is well worth the £19.99 I paid for it. I recently bought the Betron cylinder speaker for £12.95, that's broken now and had lots of connection problems, very annoying. Unlike this wonderful product. Cannot recommend enough. By the way, the little coin that comes with it, goes in the little slot beneath the battery area and acts as a stand. If you lose the coin, just use a regular coin!

This is one of the best buys ever. We've had a KitSound soundbar for a while now and it makes a huge difference to the television sound quality so we decided to buy a radio for the kitchen as our old Roberts did seem to be struggling with reception and all the electrics in that room. That was a huge success so when I needed a mini-version of a sound bar to fit in my bag, I thought I'd try KitSound again and it is a wonderful piece of kit.Considering its size, its output is impressive and I've had no problems with bluetooth finding and pairing to my phone wherever I've been.At this price, it's a truly excellent and incredibly handy speaker.

Great piece of kit. It's no BOSE, but then again I'm no audiophile and I don't need top of the range sound quality. I just need a speaker that I can take to work so I can listen to music on a night shift. The music quality sounds good at all volumes, no crackliness. A nice level of bass for its size, a great volume on it, it's stylish looking and with a nice case, but what really sells it is the battery life. I haven't seen the play time even closely matched by anything at a similar price. Bluetooth also easy to connect, aux cable supplied in case your media source doesn't have Bluetooth. Can charge whilst playing which is also a big bonus.

I love this sound bar, I bought it after hearing my friend's and being really impressed.Nothing but good points:- Sounds great for such a small speaker, deep tones are good quality.- The volume goes really quite high/loud if you need it to.- The battery lasts really well.- The case that comes with it is great for storing and moving it.- Very portable, lightweight.- Looks stylish and a little understated so it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb in a room.I use it for connecting to my phone through the Bluetooth connection for music and audiobooks, and through the aux cable provided to listen to films on my laptop.

I can highly recommend thi! I bought this speaker online about 2 years ago to use in my job as a sports coach. We are in half a sports hall and play music whilst we train. This small slim speaker packs a mighty punch for just 2W and adequate for us to train and coach without being intrusive. It has a meaty bass and broad sound on all levels. Even on full volume, there is no distortion. I bluetooth music from my tablet via spotify and works a treat but you can also use the cables to connect 3mm jack to headphone socket. It has a mobile phone battery and recharges great - lasts for approx 6 hours.

Great sound and volume and connects easily via Bluetooth. I have a tablet and and phone that I wanted something to play music through at a louder volume with better quality, than through the phone and tablets speakers....this speaker does this very well. I have had smaller cabled speakers that didn't sound much different to the phone or tablets own internal speaker so thought I would see if this worked any better and it did.The case is great too and fits everything inside so is really handy for taking on holiday and out and about. Think at £20 this is a good price for sound of this quality.

This Bluetooth speaker is amazing, period. Many would say it's amazing for its price but that just makes it sound like one is happy with something they bought at the flea market, which is a great injustice to the product. The sound quality is very good for its size, with good bass and next to no distortion at high volumes. As a bonus, it has in in-built microphone so you have a quick conference call tool, or just a great way to take any calls that come through while you're listening to the music. Everyone who's seen me use it has approved of it and stated their intention to buy theirs.

Lighter and smaller than I expected, the speaker gives a nice, round sound with lower lows and highs than I would have liked. Volume is adequate, it's no room shaker but it's fine. Construction is fine. I would have liked it to be a bit heavier to take the knocks that a portable speaker will ultimately get. I bought this when there was a deal for it and, for the price I get it for it's great. At full price I reckon it's a little pricey for what you get. But I'm happy as a bunny with what I got for what I got it at...

I've tested out quite a lot of wireless speakers, this one is pretty good, it's got better and clearer sound than the Juice Boombar at the same price which I got before it, don't get me wrong, the Juice Boombar is good but a bit too muffled compared to the kitsound, I'd chose this over most of them and I have around 10 different ones, battery life is OK, I got 9 hours out of one charge but was stopping and starting through the day so it's not bad, linked up with my tablet and phone no problem.
