This is one of the best massager's i have had & meets my needs in regarding controlling muscle spasm. It would not be suitable for people that do not have full dexterity as you do need to apply to shoulders & the control is also at the base of massager & would prove difficult .

Helped enormously with aching shoulders , tip is to wear it upside down if you can't reach the on/ off buttons once it's in place

It's a bit awkward to place, but as long as you have long arms it's great, you get a tapping plus vibrating sensation
