Strong and sharp, yet thin and light-weight knives. I’m more petite than the average person knives are usually designed for and these knives do not strain my hands like thicker, heavier knives do. They also stay sharp for a long time - used them almost everyday for 3 months and I still haven’t had to sharpen them. Highly recommend this Arcos set. Excellent value for the price. I would buy another set to keep as a spare if I didn’t have to keep my belongings light.
