I paid only a £1.00 less for 3 filters than the whole thing !!!The instructions leave alot to be desired I am afraid ,but followed the diagram and it seems to work !! You have to make sure that you are buying the right filters as each different colour packet is for a different process of filtration .Overall a good product but it is a bit expensive

I was little worried if the filter will fit my Brita jug but it is an exact match and have no issues at all. They look of very good quality and I even think the water tastes better compared to what I used in the past. Order came fast and in excellent condition, all good.

I love this water jug! I live in a very hard water area and since I have been using this my kettle is still clean and I don't need to buy bottled water anymore.
