I love the look of this kettle. However it is referred to in our house as my mid-life crisis because whilst it looks fantastic it is not as quick as a saucepan on the hob or our old electric kettle. Neither does it hold as much water as the electric kettle and you can't see how much is in it as easily as the old electric one.Looks fantastic not as practical as a cheaper one though.

Well, what can you say? The UTTER Dog's B's. Wow, what a beautiful thing! We have a new induction hob which boils the water in this kettle fantastically fast. The wide "bottom" heats the water very quickly. It's balanced and beautiful. Whistle works great too. A real cuty and worth the extra. You get over a price but...

It sits right peacefully on top of my new home’s cooktop while it stands out and looks awesome. Very iconic design that I have had it in my wish list for years until the time has come as my new home being ready for it.Can’t take my eyes off it whenever I pass by.Works just as it’s supposed

We had 2 Alessi electric kettles in the past, so thought we would try the one suitable for an induction hob. It boils quickly although retains the heat at the base for some time.The only niggle , the spout whistle was very stiff to start with but it is now easier to push on

Lovely design kettle , great product which I purchased for use on our new yacht, although i haven’t used it yet I’m not sure about the whistle which may burn your fingers removing it

Beautiful. We’ve had it for more than 2 years and most likely will use this every day for life. We have an induction top and this works perfectly

Looks amazing and boils quickly on induction hob, you certainly get what you pay for. Just love this stylish addition to my kitchen.

Works perfectly on my induction hob, much quicker than an electric kettle. It pours very nicely and the little dinosaur is adorable!

Love it!! Excellent quality, works very well on my induction hub. Aesthetically pleasing. Love the whistle and the unique design.

Looks great in the stove, boils fast but the sound of the whistle is t terribly sharp and it’s difficult to pull on and off
