Functional and they work with RingCentral. If you buy make sure to buy a power supply or do what I did and buy a NETGEAR JGS524PE-100EUS ProSAFE Plus Gigabit Switch with PoE (Power over Ethernet) which basically means the phone gets its power from the network but you must have a POE switch. Then you don't have to have power supplies for each phone.
