Our hand mouli (orange plastic) is so old that the graters are starting to rust - otherwise we would have persevered with it. So we were looking for a like-for-like replacement, and this looked like the closest.It does a perfectly good job, though I would have hoped for rather more effective blades on the graters.The arm which you press the food in with is more solidly constructed than its predecessor, though there is some lateral play which makes it difficult to exert a lot of pressure. Water tends to get into the top block when you're washing it up.There is a clip to hold the bottom half together after you insert a grater, which is handy. However, when you open the bottom half out it only goes "half way",

Brilliant! We had one for years, but unfortunately it got bent out of shape (it was a metal one). Saw this one and thought to give it a go. So glad I did. Stays in place, and with three extra graters it works a treat.

Best way to grate cheese. Kids can now do it themselves without fear of skin grafts. Extremely easy to wash up and not so clumpy that it takes up half a kitchen. Perfect!!

Exactly what I wanted to replace my mouli. The old grater drums even fit this one! The plastic feels lightweight, but did in my old grater, which lasted for years.

It’s a bit fiddly to start with but after a bit of practice opening it it was fine the plastic is a bit flimsy But it works and very easy to clean

This was my third foray in to cheese graters. It is the best yet. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Just stick it in the dishwasher.
