This stuff is just amazing and such a good price. I noticed my dog kept getting a lot of dark ear wax and i didn't like cleaning them out with tissue as it was making his ears sore. I saw this and thought i might as well take a chance. For a start, the bottle is a really good size. The smell isn't the greatest but i would rather it smells like disinfectant and does the job than have it smell like perfume and do nothing!I have used this stuff about 10 times so far and only an inch of liquid has gone from the bottle so i know this will last me at least another year.My dogs ear wax problem is nearly completely gone!First of all i tried to do the method where you pour the liquid into the dogs ear, fill it up, squish his ear about and then wipe out, but Buddy wasn't keen on this and shook it all over me! After a couple of tries i did manage to get a few drops in and massage the bottom of his hear to help break up the wax (which i think helped significantly)But in the end i decided to just soak the ends of cotton buds in this and gently wipe out what wax i could see. He actually lets me clean his ears out now without a fuss and once its over he covers me in kisses as if he's thanking me that he can hear again! Well worth the money.

Used this on our cat after she had an allergic reaction to builders dust and pulled all of her fur out of her tummy. I wanted an animal shampoo that was very mild because she'd made herself quite sore. I'd used the wahl "dirty beastie" shampoo on my dog so I trust the brand (dirty beastie is the only shampoo we've found that gets fox poo out). The cat didn't object too much to her bath, but she's a very placid cat and seemed to enjoy the warm water. It smells really nice, "Dirty beastie" has a kind of tropical sort of smell that's very punchy whereas this is a subtle oaty/milky smell that pretty agreeable. It didn't cause any sort of reaction on her skin. This shampoo is really good value for money you have to dilute it ALOT.I just got a glass of warmish water and stirred in the correct amount and then poured the watery solution all over the cat. Its slightly weird because its not a gel consistency like normal shampoos but it does the job. Its left her fur super soft so I'm tempted to use it on the other cat but he's probably won't comply to being bathed.

I ordered this as I have a very sensitive Beagle dog. The vet has confirmed that he has very furry ears, with one ear having a tuft of hair at the bottom of his ear canal. When he is stressed or in warm weather he get red hot dry ears and often turn into an infection. I bought this more for the menthol cooling after reading other reviews. It does smell of mouth wash but not harsh. I patch tested both ears over a couple of days and as he didn’t react so I went for it. I lightly soak a soft cotton pad to sweep over his inner ear, I then roll a cotton pad and add a few drops to roll around his inner ear. At the end I squirt a little in his ear, he will then flick and I wipe the ear to remove any solution. He has had no reaction. This has removed any wax in the ear and soothed his dry skin and no flicking his ears. I will continue to check his ears and so as needed. Fingers crossed this works as well in summer weather. I couldn’t believe how much solution you get, which is why I added pictures of the bottle next to a kitchen roll.

Before using this I'd been happily using the OmegaPet ear cleanser, It cleaned ears really well, didn't smell and didn't bother them in the slightest. But they kept shaking their heads afterwards and it was bothering both the dogs and I. So when I read all the reviews of this I figured I may aswell give this a shot. The next best thing surely. It is! It's huge and its fantastic! I was concerned when I read that it had menthol in it, and it had a familiar smell that I still can't quite place but really like. Like strange anti-freeze almost. It really calms and cools the itch in their ears. It's so so nice to have them come over when their ears start to bother them, lay on my lap and present the 'bad'ear. I squirt some on cotton wool and swab out their ears. If it's really icky I'll pour some in there, but usually swiping the ick out is enough. While I really love the OmegaPet, I think I might now be faithful to Wahl ear cleanser!

I brought this as I noticed that my dogs ears looked a little mucky. Once my dog stopped terrorising the postman, we realised she couldn't hear. After a trip to the vet we found she had an ear infection. Armed with antibiotics and an ear cleaning regimen we went home. This ear cleaner has a very strong odour which my dog could recognise as soon as we opened the cap - this unfortunately gave her ample warning to hide under the table. The ear cleaning required a two man approach, one to pin the dog down and one to squirt the offensive liquid into her ears. This meant that we could collectively endure the subsequent dirty looks from the hound. A few days later on return to the vet,she couldn't believe the improvement in my dogs ears and even gave me a refund on some of the antibiotics is ordered. So all in all very pleased with the product. Although I think it will do nothing to build bridges with the pooch, who currently hates me.

Now the winter is fast approaching, wanted something mild, soothing and a product I could use frequently, as the pooch loves to jump into streams and ponds...and her daily doggy spa...any muddy ditch. The Oatmeal Shampoo is thick and very concentrated. Bought a pump dispenser and one dose added to a plastic bottle of warm water works great. Lathers up very nicely. The scent is mostly coconut, but it’s not overpowering. Rinses easily and removes dirt and odours brilliantly. Dog’s coat is soft and supple with a lovely shine. This shampoo will last months and is great value for money. It cleans well but is mild enough to use a few times a week. (I’m lucky, the babba loves a shower and will go and sit next to the bath after her walk without being asked!) I’m aware that some products could strip the oils from her skin, but I have no concerns with this one as it is very moisturising. Really pleased and highly recommended ?????

The proud owners of possibly the most filthy Springer in the whole of the UK we’ve been hunting for a shampoo tough enough to cope with his brand of nasty! He loves swimming in ditches, ponds, large puddles and rivers. Wallowing in mud like a hippopotamus and rolling in whatever filthy muck happens to be around are also favourite past times of his. Several shampoos have already ended up lining our bin after proving less useful than actual water. This one however seems to fit the bill. The water that has just washed off our dog looked more like the sludge at the bottom of a cesspit and our dog appears to be white and tan- something we had almost forgotten!Minor criticism is that you have to water it down 30 parts water to one part shampoo which is fine until you realise haven’t made up enough and are trying to wrestle said heinous hound into staying in the bath while you fix another batch.

I use this in the salon as the first shampoo, to get ride of all the dirt and smells - it works a treat! I'll then go on to use a colour enhancer or detangler as the second shampoo. But if you were to only have this it would still do an absolutely amazing job as I have a few outdoor or working dogs that come in which you'd think would never smell nice but using this just eliminates all the horrible stuff! The only thing I wouldn't suggest doing is washing matts out - which it says in the description you can do - as you should always get rid of all matts before a bath because they will only get tighter and harder to remove if water is applied ontopThe shampoo lasts for a lifetime,I've had the tub for well over a year as you just dilute it down with water. I'll definitely be coming back for more when mine runs out!

If you are reading all the reviews on this product and wondering whether to order - have no doubt!I have an 18yr old cat with Hyperthyroidism, and his coat had become really badly matted. In despair I searched the internet and came across this product. After reading a few reviews I decided to give it a go. It has taken a few days, as the matts were quite big and thick, and for a cat who has never liked being brushed even tolerates the spray. I also use the detangle comb, but this product is definitely a must. From being matted and dull, there is now a smooth glossy sheen to his coat and he and I are feeling much more comfortable. I was so worried that he might have to be shaved and conscious of how uncomfortable he must've felt, which is a worry. So very glad I came across this product.

Smells really nice and definitely conditions my cats fur so it's silky soft, smooth and shiny - but I didn't realise that the conditioner is concentrated - it's supposed to be diluted before use (64 parts warm water to one part conditioner - bottle says it must be diluted), so there is a bit of a faff mixing some with water first before use. It's made from all natural ingredients and does not contain any harmful detergents or cleaners. Works on all animal hair types including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, ferrets, goats and cattle (i.e. all animals!)Because it's concentrated (apparently makes up to 32 litres when diluted!) I can't imagine I'll ever need to buy any more ever again for my little cat.Ha ha ha... Excellent value for money.

I have a Shih Tzu x Lhasa Apso, who is mostly white, with some gold and silver markings. Most shampoos leave his coat dull, with a grey tinge. They also tend to leave a sticky residue, which causes his long fur to mat. Since I started using this shampoo on him regularly, we're complimented, wherever we go, on how clean, white and tangle-free he looks. The shampoo also brightens up his gold and silver areas.I was wary of using a whitening product initially, in case it irritated his skin. But this shampoo seems very gentle, and has caused him no problems. It also has a nice, fresh smell, which lasts all week. I'd definitely recommend it to other dog owners.

I have always used top shampoo products for our two bichon frise so i thought i.ll give the Whal "Diamond White " a try and was well pleased with the results. the other products i used always got them clean and white too , my reason was more to do with saving money as i would spend £4.50 on another brand for 500ml and would get about 4 washes from the bottle. So now i add 30ml of "Diamond White " to 450 ml of warm water and it lathers up on the dog very quickly, excellent product, no after effects with the dogs scratching either. My dogs dried to a really white coat and their coat was really soft too. will be buying more " Diamond White" in the future .

I have a very anxious Romanian rescue who is a complete floof....and he has a fantastic tail (not sure where it comes from!) but it’s like a mix between a husky and Pom....it’s hairy, it’s long and there’s a lot of it! He will (reluctantly) be brushed but he’s not a fan of his tail being done as it can get knotty....used the spray, let it settle in and then started brushing....IT IS AMAZING! brush went through with no problems; Alfie wasn’t stressed as his tail wasn’t being tugged and he smells nice rather than the ‘dog is getting round for needing a bath...let’s febreeze instead’ smell....so I have a nicely chilled, beautifully groomed floof ball !!

I discovered a series of matted areas on my youngest cat's undercoat. Her small Furminator removed a lot of loose hair - but I really needed something more effective on the knots & mats.Although when faced with such a mess the instinct is to try and bathe your pet - it makes matters worse - because water simply serves to make tangles impossible to remove.Starting with a gentle spray of Wahl Showman Coat Detangler, my Miu Colour dematting tool managed to remove every trace of matting. So there you have it - no pricey visit to the vet for an unflattering shave under anaesthetic and (should the need arise again) I'll always have both items to hand.

My family have always had dogs, but this is my first solo-puppy, so to speak. My mother was seen as head of the pack and was the only one the dogs would sit still for, so this is the first time I've had to clean a dog's ears. I was worried my puppy would react badly, but she seemed to like the sensation of this fluid. The smell is fresh and quite strong but it didn't put her off one bit, and it made the whole job last less than ten minutes so it was quite a pleasant experience for the pup. I don't see there being any problems doing this again now! The bottle is huge so it will last a long time as you only need a few drops on a cotton ball/pad.
