Impossible to say what effect it’s having. I had one bird who was low for a few days. I gave her what I had which was a tiny amount of an organic multi-vitamin and ACV. She seemed a little improved. Then this Verm-X liquid arrived and I added it to the flock’s drinking water.The important thing is they were willing to drink it. The unwell girl has perked up completely. But again, it’s impossible to say whether it was the initial treatment, something she simply recovered from, or Verm-X.Regardless, I’ve given them basic herbal remedies in the past and this formulation has those ingredients and more, and they like it well enough so I’m happy.One caveat is that I’ll be switching to the pellets for general use.

This was the cheapest I could find it plus free postage and fast delivery. So easy to use, just add to chicken water for 3 days per month (I do 1st,2nd,3rd of each month as easy to remember). I found my bantams liked the taste and were readily drinking from their new nipple water feeder, whereas beforehand they were suspicious of the new dispenser. Ive only got 3 bantams so the bottle should last a year. Would recommend. Another tip, add a splash of cider vinegar to chicken water, this helps digestion, fights bacteria and stops water going slimey.

I have been very impressed with this wormer. I took on some ex-batts and as soon as I started using this I could see the worms being passed. I have recently worm counted, 2 months after starting with Verm-X, and my hens worm counts have come back clear!They were a little unsure of the product when I first started feeding it but now I can add it to their water with no problems.All hens look great which may be mainly due to their new way of being looked after but I think Verm-X has definitely helped.

This product does not remove existing parasites. If you have birds with a pre-existing parasite problem you need to use another product that kills parasites, others seem to recommend flubenvet. What this product does, very well in my opinion, is keep healthy chickens healthy. I have used it for 3 years and never had a parasite or bacterial problem with any of my birds. Could be a coincidence but I will keep using this bottled coincidence.

This product is amazing! Our girls were struggling in the May heat. Their comb’s and wattle’s were starting to look dry and withered. We gave one of our hens’ a diluted dose directly as she was being broody and the rest had the liquid soaked in bread. Within an hour of giving them Verm-X liquid they were so much happier and have been ever since. I can’t recommend this product enough. It’s marvellous.

I found that my chickens stopped laying for about 2 weeks after using this product. I found it difficult to administer it to my hens due to its very strong odour. I first tried it soaked on bread but they weren`t interested. Eventually they had it in their water after some patience. All things considered my chickens are looking alot better after being treated with the herbal liquid.

We bought this for our chickens to put in their drinking water. This replaced the pellet type you add to the feed.Adding to drinking water ensures all the chickens get the worming treatment. Found with the pellets that if you mixed with the food or just placed in a separate feeder, then not all the chickens may get to eat them.Quite expensive for the size. But good product.

I purchased this for my small flock of 3 bantam hens to keep them worm free. It has the advantage of no egg withdrawal period, however, according to other poultry keepers it is not a treatment for worms but a tonic to maintain digestive health. I have had my chickens for over 2 years now with no worms using this every 3 months or so.

easy to use, this item hopefully will serve its purpose to deal with my past hen problem, but it will take a fair time to see if it does what it says on the bottle, so to speak.As it is intended for long term use, it is hard to practically give a review, but would be happy to promote it fully if long term results prove satisfactory.

It’s a very good product for helping keep my hens healthy. It’s not a wormer! It’s a supplement to keep hens’ gut healthy.My hens do not like it in their drinking water so I put a bit on their scrambled egg which they get once a week or mix their pellets with some water and a few drops of VermX.Would definitely buy again.

The only thing i dislike about the product is the smell of it! however that is beside the point, Verm X Liquid is great and effiiceient in treating hens for worms and other intestinal issues i administer to my 7 hens on a regular basis either in their drinking water or on some brown bread!

Very easy to use the instructions are very clear, good value for money as my local farm shop is £3 more expensive, the chickens seem to like the taste in their water ducks are not so keen, a very good natural product as I don’t like using chemicals.

I am an amateur chicken keeper of less than 3 year's and I rely on recommendation and whatever information I can find. I use this very well known product, together with Flubenvet as and when required and advised. Would recommend for peace of mind.

Used this for the last 3yrs and find it an excellent product (hens seem to like it). My 4 girls all had worms in their poo when they arrived but within a day or two of using this product all was well. Give it a go, you may be similarly impressed.

Have started using this but as I don't test the droppings have no idea whether this is working or not so it's all an act of faith. As I don't generally like using chemical drugs if possible this is an alternative. ??
