I have given this initially 4 stars. I'll update this review after I have used it for commuter use for a few months (see further comments)My laptop fits well and there is plenty of space for other items as well as work clothes.I spent sometime fitting it to my bike and in use it was solid. The top bracket which can rotate is really good as it means you can move the bottom of the bag way from catching the back of your foot.Fitting it was fiddly because of the bottom clip. The instructions (see photo1) show a rotating arm that holds the bag to the frame, however my bag had no arm but instead an elasticated clip(see photo3). Now this clip relies on there being a horizontal bar on the pannier frame(see photo 1),which mine didn't have. I managed to fashion a horizontal arm (see photo 2) but you,d have be quite mechanically adept to do it. I think the fitting should be explained in the product description, and the bottom fixing you are actually going to get, so you check it will work with your pannier frame.The reason I say I'll review this in a few months is that the materials seem a bit flimsy. This reduces weight but you usually pay a robustness penalty; time will tell. If you use the top loop to carry it about it's quite thin so if the bag is fully load it's not comfortable on the fingers. I haven't tried the rucksack straps that are hidden behind a zipped area at the bottom of the bag, but it's a clever idea.UpdateOk I've had this for over three months now and it's had about 60 commutes of 5.5 miles of mostly dry rides, a couple of wet ones where I used the cover. It's had my laptop,spare tube, tyre lever , pump and clothes in it ,about 10 lbs in total. Got to say it's performed faultlessly. Always solidly attached to bike, even up kerbs fully loaded. No sign of wear. Take care of it and it will take care of you.
