This is a strong brolly for strong people! Although the canopy retracts at the push of a button the pole doesn't- to collapse this I have to literally press the brolly against the floor- it's so stubborn! It's a big canopy though and wind resistant- the pole is hard and heavy so to avoid a black eye while walking in high winds and rain you have to grip it with both hands! Also the handle of the brolly is questionable in design... if you haven't led a sheltered life you'll know what I mean- it's not the kind of thing you want poking out of your bag as it could be mistaken for something else! But it's a decent brolly- I just wish the pole would retract more easily as you can't get the canopy to

I'm delighted with this umbrella. I find myself wondering how on earth they managed to manufacture and ship it to my front door for the price I paid (< £10). I'm pleased to say that it has a large handle for gripping in slippery and wet conditions. The canopy material is thick and water-tight. The size of the canopy is large and could easily accommodate two people. I'm very pleased. Great umbrella. It is quite heavy though. It is compact but I wouldn't say it would be small enough to fit into a small bag such as a ladies hand bag.

We really think that this is the best umbrella that we've ever bought. Real sturdy, and made from what seems to be high quality materials. Very easy to open and close too. Survived bad weather, windy days, and so on. Hope this one will last for long, unlike our previous umbrellas that often went straight to the bin! It is quite big and heavy though, I'd recommend this if you have encountered enough space for it. This product was given to me for review.

This is a real good quality sturdy umbrella. I got this as my old one got the usual blown inside busted spike thing you get.The umbrella is quite heavy at 475g and 33cm long when down. The grip is really comfy and the one handed pop up and down mechanism is good.When up it measures 3ft across so big enough for 2. No issues so far with wind damage.If you don't mind the size and weight then this is really recommended.

This is the first time I leave a review for an umbrella. This is the cheapest and high-quality umbrella I found, when I received the umbrellas, I was surprised by the quality, it has higher quality than I bought for 14.99. 10 ribs make the umbrella stronger. It's very nice, especially in windy weather.I strongly recommend the umbrella, cheap and high quality. You cannot buy a better umbrella than this.

A nicely balanced umbrella that feels sturdy and opens easily at the press of a button. Retracts for final hand closure with the same button. Can't wait for the next downpour! I cannot vouch for its long term durability as I have only had it for a few weeks and only used it in anger once so far. Overall, I'm very happy with this umbrella and consider it a good value investment.

its good umbrella, during the years i used couples of umbrellas but mostly all of them broke in UK weather, However this one is different its look royal, made with heavy material, elegant when fold, the umbrella is big enough to cover you and you child together, its easily open with one hand and when you finished you can put this back in bag so that it will not wet you things.

It's very sturdy. It can withstand quite a bit of wind unlike most umbrellas however it's not windproof. Enough wind and it'll still flip inside out. It also weighs a ton, so much so the wind made me hit myself and it left a bruise. I do like the automatic aspect of it and it's quite large to protect you from rain. Dries quickly. I'd buy it again.

Came packaged neatly with a sleeve style cover. The handle is very comfortable to hold and it's easy to push the button to open the umbrella. Requires a bit more force to push it down to close. Not used in very windy conditions but not too heavy to hold.Overall it feels study and does the job! It's also big enough for two people!

I bought two of these for my two daughters. One works brilliantly, though wouldn't like to be in the way of someone opening it and collapses fine. The other opens fine, but is really stiff to close. Have to put it on the floor and push it closed. Hoping this will ease after a few uses. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.

As soon as I opened this umbrella and saw that the struts are spring loaded to protect against the wind damage, I was very impressed.So far the button for opening and closing is working, and will be keeping an eye on this .Overall very happy with this umbrella, it's great quality and good value for money.

DON'T BUY! Not at all windproof as advertised - false advertising!!It's flimsier than the cheap umbrella I used for many years which rarely blew inside out. This one is constructed so badly that it blows inside out every time I use it. A waste of £10... I see its now £1 cheaper too. Absolute rubbish.

A really good quality umbrella that is well made and sturdy. It is a little stiff to put down but other than that is a really great umbrella. I have used in the rain when it was also quite windy and it didn’t once turn its self inside out. I am very happy with this umbrella.

Did some research on Amazon to find a sturdy windproof umbrella, as sick of them blowing out on me. This item has been a god send. We've just had some really windy/rainy weather here in the UK, so it was really put to the test! It didn't fail! Excellent purchase

Button open and close mechanism very good. It generally feels very sturdy, however it did turn inside out during high wind (another similar umbrella we had did not). Also, its a real faff getting it back into the bag, top of bag needs to be bigger.
