I bought my Koler umbrella in 2017 and really liked it as it was a perfect fit for my business laptop bag. It worked really well until a few weeks ago (3 years after I had purchased it) when the umbrella broke apart when I pressed the button to operate it. I contacted Koler's Customer Service with regard to repairing it and, without any hesitation, they offered to replace it, free of charge. I received the replacement umbrella today. This is exceptional customer service and a real reflection of Amazon's policy of being the best customer service organisation in the world. With a supplier like Koler on the Amazon platform, that is certainly a realistic aspiration.

I brought two of these, one for myself and the other for my daughter, and I must say I am very pleased with the items. I was apprehensive about purchasing these umbrellas as there were quite a few mixed reviews but the umbrellas I received were nothing short from perfect. When I first opened my umbrella it was slightly troubled opening by itself but with a bit of help it soon worked perfectly; this only happened the first time and has been working just fine since. I would 100% recommend buying this umbrella.

This umbrella's not exactly light, but it fits in my messenger bag and gives good coverage. Also, it's never flipped due to wind. However, after 9 months of use, it stopped locking shut, meaning you shouldn't lose your pouch as that'll be the only way to keep it from springing open (the velcro on the strap is pretty ineffective).But – and that's a big but – when I contacted the seller, they promptly despatched a replacement by courier. You can't say fairer than that!

Not going to go overboard with hyperbole. It's an umbrella, after all.Folds small enough to fit in my rucksack, opens to be a little smaller than a golf umbrella.Fairly heavy, but it is said to be durable - don't know, haven't had any rain or wind since it arrived.Never had this with any umbrella before: Pressing the open button again folds it. You then have to manually squeeze down on the two ends to retract it down to its small size. That is quite stiff though.

I bought this umbrella as a sunshade to use at archery competitions. I also bought the bigger golfing umbrella version and admittedly I do tend to use the bigger one more.This is a lovely compact umbrella with a nice folding/unfolding action and the fabric is multipurpose being both rain and sun proof. The wind gap is also a great design feature to prevent wind damage. It's well made and I expect it will last a very long time.

This is a really tough umbrella which will withstand strong winds. The blue inside is nice too. The only issue is that it is a little difficult to refold until you are used to it. Our first umbrella failed after several months - still not sure why - but it didn't matter because the company were easy to deal with (via Amazon contact seller) and delivered a brand new replacement. The customer service was excellent.

This is an excellent umbrella - well made and very sturdy the canopy is a good size when compared to it's closed size. Seems to cope well with the wind and has shown no signs of distortion when used in fairly rough weather conditionsThe fabric has a coating on it that not only makes the rain slide off easily but really speeds up drying time when you have finished using itHighly recommended

Compared with others I've had (and failed!) this brolly is in the 'best I've had' bracket.Opening and closing mechanism seems very sturdy and positive when engaging position. Some just feel flimsy but not this one.As for durability, I can't comment to much as only used 4 times. It certainly won't stand a beating from high winds but then not many do. I think it will be ok.

Honestly cannot rave about this umbrella enough, at one point I thought I lost it was devastated but it turned up, if it hadn't I would have been ordering another one.It opens at the push of a button, and the top collapses back down at a push of a button as well. Although some may consider it a bit bulky the 1 meter span collapses nicely and will fit in most handbags.

My last umbrella was flipped inside out by strong wind and broke. This one has double vented canopy, which would prevent that and the weather has allowed me to say it has succeeded in its design. Already showed it off to a friend who was equally impressed.Quality and price is good. I love it

I have been out in heavy rain,and have not got wet with this brolly,it is probably the best one i have ever owned, It is 5 stars from me.Last week on the telly,i saw Trump,and his wife,getting off his planewith one of these,over their heads, If it is OK,for him !!!!!.

Was wow'd by this, I wasn't expecting it to be as big as it is, yet still folds down just enough to fit in my bag. Its very sturdy, feels well made, and has a canopy design, though i haven't yet tested it on a windy day, will do when when we have that kinda of weather

I have used this in sunshine and rain and works perfectly. Can be a little difficult to close and I have to use the floor to push it down onto to close it properly. I didn't do this once and it flew open when I was on the bus. Once mastered there were no problems.

I don't usually write reviews but I love this Umbrella! Fantastic quality. Built to last. Good size. Excellent opening mechanism. Can be more difficult to close than others but so worth it for the amazing opening where one button press springs it to life.

Surprisingly good quality in terms of both build and performance. Once opened, the PVC coated material is super waterproof. The struts do there job, in a recent really windy shower, there were no dramas. Will easily pack away in a small bag. Great value.
