It was recently that I came across automatic open and close umbrella and I loved it. This one is automatic and also very strong. I live in UK so we definitely need an umbrella like this which is very strong as we not only get rain almost all the time as I am in a bit north of England but we also get wind speeds of 20 to 40 miles while it is raining so this umbrella is perfect for me. Initially I thought this was pink in colour so was almost going to give it to my partner but after opening I saw this is red in colour and looks very nice so it is staying with me. Lol. It came in a very nice box plus a cover of its own and another case to keep it safe. I almost felt like I have got my very expensive treasure.

Just received it today. I was so surprised by its quality, the package and the accessories coming with the umbrella. Haven't tried in the rain yet, but for the price I paid, I am thrilled! I also love the idea of the water proof cover and the wooden handle. My husband wanted to exchange his much more expensive one with this, I, of course, refused! The only down side was after auto close, you do need a strong arm to push it back to lock. And I wish it has more colour of choices, like red.

I am writing this review again as I didn’t see my previous review and I found it’s unfair to the product. It is a very big umbrella and can easily fit 2adukt. The material is easy to clean and it came with a tower glove that you can simply put ur wet umbrella away with it without wetting your bad or car seat. It’s also came in a very sturdy box that you can wrap it as a gift. I got my in black colour and I am absolutely loving it. It’s an automatic push button for open and close .

As mentioned by others, very well built, a quality product that feels like it will certainly last. Very happy with it. I would say that it's heavier than I expected and slightly larger. But I didn't check measurements etc. I just bought purely based on the reviews. But it's a full size umbrella when opened and reduces down enough to fit in a bag. Would recommend to all.Update: 3 years on and hasn't let me down yet! Used to replace umbrellas on a near monthly basis before ?

No question that this is a high quality umbrella. Works as it's supposed to, opening and closing at the touch of a button. And it looks like a great accessory should. I wondered why there was a slim bag with it, as the sleeve is all I thought it needed. Then the loop that buttoned around my belt suddenly made sense. Didn't have to carry it, didn't need to find room in my shoulder bag, it was just there if I needed it. Perhaps like all fold-up umbrellas should be.

It's really premium in feel. There's a thin protective cover and also another one that zips up. The zip up one opens up flat so makes it easier to put the umbrella in - even if not folded neatly. There's also a soft and removable inner lining for absorbing water.The only problem I see is that there is no hand strap on the umbrella itself which means it can be a little awkward to hold while walking with it alone.

Very high quality, strong ribs, excellent material canopy, the automatic opening and closure mechanisms are very easy and quick to use, it is big enough for two people, it has a nice zip open cover. Arrived in perfect condition with nice box. I bought it as a gift for my dad for his birthday and it is doing great job I will definitely recommend this umbrella and will order one more for my husband

I bought this for my daughter and she loves this umbrella. One day she lost it and I bought another umbrella from another company and she hated it and found it difficult to use etc and yearned for the one she lost. So I had to go and buy it again. Fast delivery, great service and importantly happy daughter. Highly recommend this product not just for 12 year olds but for adults too :-)

Pros: very well made umbrella, strong and lots of thought gone into this product. very good quality.Cons: Lost 1 star in the rating for the weight. this is a heavyish and largish travel umbrella. Would be nice if it was a little lighter.Halfway between a light travel umbrella and a full size umbrella really. Would recommend it to others.

Excellent quality. The best I have used in my life so far. The package and presentation was top class. I believe this will be a very long lasting companion. Top class.The only slight negative is the closing action to pull it in needs some serious strength. Expecting to get better with time.

Is a really nice umbrella, the gift box is amazing and the pouch really a nice touch. I'm not giving 5 stars since, even when it works fine, it is not windproof for UK weather, at least bristol. it last me 2 months and 2 legs are broken.If the wind is not that bad, it's the perfect umbrella.

Bought as a Christmas present so I cannot comment on usage, I can however comment on first impressions and I must say it certainly looks the part, Came very well packaged in a rather classy box and the umbrella looks to be very sturdy and well made. Overall very happy with purchase.

At last an umbrella that lasts. It is also a good size. Not as small as other handbag umbrellas but then these always blow inside out and break.Excellent packaging. Felt like opening a present.Live the holder that comes with it to put your umbrella in when wet. Great idea.

Nothing really to dislike it's a brolly button open close works well very strong spring activation microfiber lining to the case is a nice touch if you need to put it away quickly without a lot of mess ideal as we use it as our car umbrella for occasional use.

The brolly is moderately windproof. I liked the zip-pouch with towelling interior liner - useful! A slip-on pouch which also came with the brolly is seeing service with an older brolly as it is better designed than many slip covers.
