Card reader works fine on a Windows 7 PC. But when plugged into a new iMac running OSX 10.10, the SDXC reader works fine, but the Compact Flash side of the device 'bombs out'. This makes me suspect there is something wrong with the software driver implementation (hidden inside by Apple), but this renders the reader unusable with CF type cards. So I don't recommend it.
