Oh dear! Nearly 900 reviews at the time of writing and all the top reviews seem to disregard the item's actual purpose. For the record; it is unlikely to save you from Armageddon. However, it is very handy when simply everything else is not at hand. Of the 8 claimed tools, I have certainly used 5 in earnest. Scrabbling around to tighten a glasses screw, open a bottle, remove a splinter etc, this item has served me well, with a welcome realisation that... hang-on, I've got that key-tool thingy! None of the 'tools' match the actual thing, but how could they? They do the job at a pinch. It is a tool that is just always there; quietly awaiting the time to come into its own.

The tool feels sturdy. Its made from thick enough metal that it doesn't bend out of shape when opening bottles or screwing screws. The tweezers end is thinner and bends enough to use them. The cutter is sharp enough to cut through a plastic tie, with some effort. The key ring has a strong spring in it sand doesn't feel like it will come open easily. The file has the right texture and does the job. When using the key in a lock, I found its better to have the tool rotate down to get the key in (the opposite way to the photo), its easier to do it one handed. Of course, you don't have to have it over the key as it makes a good key ring accessory anyway.

A handy item to keep on your keyring. Often I ind myself in need of a small screwdriver to fix reading glasses or in need of a small lever to open a bottle, etc.This does it well.However, it has very sharp edges and does stick out from the key, so:1. Can catch on item of clothing in same pocket, such as gloves, hanky.2. Gets in the way and bit when using the key and with the sharp edges have to take a little bit of care.

This is awesome except for the fact it does make using the key it's on somewhat difficult as you have to point the tool at yourself to use it and it's a bit pointy... also the two parts that act as the tweezers scratched the design off my key luckily I was really that attached but I could see that upsetting a couple of people.With all that being said I've used most the tools on this so pretty handy.

It isn't easy to part with a tenner for a little keychain tool, but it is a good purchase in the long term. Can't count the number of times I've used it for little things, and generally just knowing that you have a tool available (even a small, light-duty one) is a piece of mind.Note: it does make your keyring a bit jangly-sounding, so if you're a keychain minimalist it might not be for you.

I bought this quite some time ago now. I don't use all the functions on the tool i must admit although I've used the cutter a fair few times, the tweezers a couple of times and the end screwdriver bit thousands of times. I keep it on my key that's on my lanyard in work so its the perfect box opener for me so i use it multiple times a day. It have saved me so much time altogether.

My wife has weak, arthritis affected fingers and struggles to turn the key in the front door (the lock is hard to turn because it throws four bolts into the frame). By holding the key tool at 90 degrees, she gets to use two hands on the key and key tool - that and the extra leverage means she can lock and unlock the door on her own. Such a small tool but absolutely invaluable.

Nice and very small tool that consumes no space on the keychain since it wraps around a standard key. On the other hand i have not used it much even though i have it always with me. The large screwdriver and the cap opener maybe a couple of times, once i tried to cut a wire but had no luck. It is ok as a gift but not sure actually how helpful it is.

Amazing. The tool works with practice and some manual dexterity. The small screwdriver,bottle opener, nail file works as intended. The cutting blade is decent to cut thread and trim nails. The tweezers seem okay and overall I am please to say with practice this product is a good buy.

Bought as a birthday present for my elder brother who needed a new bottle opener and he was thrilled with it. It opens bottles, files things and unscrews things, as it should. Feels very well made and the weatherproof box is an added bonus - although it won't fit a 4.5in smartphone.

A must have item - or at least it was until my son had to have mine! A second was duly ordered - sits easily on a key ring, you don't notice the bulk - until someone need a screwdriver, opener, sharp edge, tweezer, file ....etc. How did you ever manage without one! (or two)

A small multitool like this of course has limited use. But because it weighs almost nothing and doesn't take up any space, I consider it a valued keychain add-on. It fits on any regular key perfectly and turns away from the key easily, when you need to use the key.

Perfect. Slips over a key and takes negligible space or weight. Far better than similar items that I have purchased. Bottle opener works a treat and file is just what I wanted. Overall, a great combo for an excellent price. Packaging is superb too...

Really like this. Clever idea, and comes in a waterproof wallet holder. I can scratch keys a little, but nothing major. I'de advise to use the clip provided to attach, as it is perfectly designed for the job and other clips / ring don't work as well.

I use this regulary as it is so handy to have on my main key ring. Saves me damaging other items. Good for opening packaging without causing too much damage. It does however come in a ridiculous case which is not needed.
