After trying several plastic flea combs with metal teeth, from Amazon, the " Trixie " is what a flea comb should be.A tough, one piece chromed steel comb, with teeth that do not bend or fall out. 10/10. !!!I've had several of the plastic handled flea combs, and none of them are up to scratch !( Excuse the pun ! )...And don't remain functional for very long.The flashy looking plastic handled ones with embedded metal teeth just do not last very long.Teeth bend or drop out. Don't waste your money on this type of comb. I did, several times,then found this one....With three dogs needing combing, I have at last found something durable with this comb.Excellent !

I had a smaller comb which was plastic and had started to loose its comb. This is much bigger and sturdier and works very well on my large dog. Smaller combs do not work for large dogs as they do not go deep into the hair to get fleas. Great purchase and very good price!

Just what I needed for my Persians face and getting into those tricky bits under her arms! Well made and well worth the price, give it 10/10 if I could ?

Strong pins, easy to grip and use on smaller kittens little places up to bigger cats. Easy to clean. Delivery fairly quick. Great.

A solid metal comb that does the job better than a plastic comb I previously used. Found it easier to use without a handle.

very gentle on the skin of my little dog, she suffers with dry skin and this removes the flakes really well.
