The comb managed to catch all the fleas and their eggs from my cat. What helped even further was making the comb a little damp to make sure even the larger ones stick to it instead of jumping off.Only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because it came in grey and green instead of the two shades of purple as in the picture - but overall, extremely pleased with the product and would definitely recommend it.

I bought this comb for my two dogs and I am SO impressed, the pins on the comb are so strong and sturdy, they haven't bentor twisted and does a fine job catching any fleas. The edges of the teeth of the comb are designed not to irritate the skin-so My itchy scruffbag of a JRT isn't so sore and my terrier mix who usually goes MIA at the sight of a comb even enjoys being combednow

I'm not using this for fleas - it is brilliant at removing loose fur from my lionhead (long-haired) rabbit. I've got a number of brushes and combs as we have a short haired rabbit too. This is definitely the best for grooming our lionhead and for removing dried poo from fur on the odd occasion when this is needed too. You just have to be very gentle with it.

Cat demands to be combed with it even though he hates brushes, flees are gone now but when he still had some they were getting caught in the comb, so it is a good tool to spot the problem quicker.

our little yorkshire terrier has never had fleas but has a slight skin complaint and after using this product as well as medication her complaint is now fully under control

Love it the teeth are close together gets grit as well as fleas, cats line up to be groomed ... as cats never leave you inn peace A GREAT TOILET EXTRA LOL

This flea comb is a great tool. I have a ragdoll and her fur is very thick at the base so was delighted when fleas were caught and trapped in this comb.

It's good for our cat however, when tried coming the dog the fleas jumped straight out of the comb which was the main reason we purchased it

I will not use poisonous chemicals on our cat and use this every day, the cat loves it and he stays healthy

Strong, survives Bolognese fine dog hair, dog's skin might not survive though (be gentle).
